I dentif ied under t he proj ect bear t his or ganizing, coor dinating and over sight r esponsibilt ies。2 (四)畢業(yè)答辯和成績?cè)u(píng)定階段:答辯、成績?cè)u(píng)定、撰寫評(píng)語、工作總結(jié)等。 第三章 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)的選題 第七條 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)選題應(yīng)遵循以下原則: (一) 符合專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),滿足本專業(yè)教學(xué)基本要求,使學(xué)生能夠綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)知 識(shí),得到全面的訓(xùn)練 。 (二) 體現(xiàn)“教學(xué)、科研、生產(chǎn)”相結(jié)合的原則。 (三) 供學(xué)生可選題目(含獨(dú)立完成內(nèi)容的子題目)的數(shù)量應(yīng)多于學(xué)生人數(shù);允許優(yōu)秀學(xué)生自選或自擬課題。 (四) 一名學(xué)生一個(gè)題目。當(dāng)多名學(xué)生參加一個(gè)課題時(shí),必須明確每名學(xué)生獨(dú)立完成的任務(wù),給出每名學(xué)生的子題目。 (五) 課題不得與往屆重復(fù)。 (六) 選題的份量和難度要適當(dāng),有足夠的知識(shí)覆蓋面,所選題目的難度和工作量要與畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)相應(yīng)的工作時(shí)間相當(dāng)。 第四章 指導(dǎo)教師的要求與責(zé)任 第八條 指導(dǎo)教師的思想素質(zhì)、業(yè)務(wù)能力、工作責(zé)任心直接影響畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)工作,在選定指導(dǎo)教師時(shí)嚴(yán)格遵循以下幾點(diǎn)原則 : (一) 指導(dǎo)教師要具有中級(jí)及以上職稱和具有較高的學(xué)術(shù)水平、豐富的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)與高度的責(zé)任心。助教、研究生不能單獨(dú)指導(dǎo)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文),但可以協(xié)助指導(dǎo)。指導(dǎo)教師一經(jīng)確定,不得隨意更換。 (二) 初次指導(dǎo)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)的教師上崗前須經(jīng)過培訓(xùn),經(jīng)學(xué)院 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組認(rèn)定合格后,方能上崗。 (三) 由于學(xué) 生多而指導(dǎo)力量不足或?qū)W生到外單位做畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)時(shí),學(xué)院 可以聘請(qǐng)外單位具有中級(jí)及以上職稱的科技人員承擔(dān)指導(dǎo)工作,但要有本專業(yè)的教師協(xié)助指導(dǎo)。外聘的指導(dǎo)教師須報(bào)教務(wù)處備案。 (四) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)教學(xué)工作實(shí)行指導(dǎo)教師負(fù)責(zé)制,每位指導(dǎo)教師所指導(dǎo)的學(xué)生數(shù) 不能超過 10 名。指導(dǎo)教師應(yīng)確保對(duì)學(xué)生的指導(dǎo)時(shí)間(一般每周 不少于 2 次,每次不少于 2 小時(shí))。 第九條 指導(dǎo)教師的具體任務(wù): (一) 確定課題,填報(bào)《大連交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)課題選題表》。 (二) 準(zhǔn)備資料、落實(shí)實(shí)習(xí)(調(diào)研)單位,填寫《大連交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)任務(wù)書》。 (三) 下達(dá)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)任務(wù)書,明確課題的目的、性質(zhì)、內(nèi)容、原始數(shù)據(jù)及要求。 (四) 指導(dǎo)學(xué)生制定實(shí)習(xí)計(jì)劃、擬定實(shí)習(xí)調(diào)研提綱、搜集參考資料。 (五) 指導(dǎo)學(xué)生擬定畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)的工作計(jì)劃和填寫《大連交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與考核表》,簽署意見,作為平時(shí)檢查和考核的依據(jù) 。 (六) 審定學(xué)生擬定的設(shè)計(jì)、研究方案或開題報(bào)告。 (七) 定期檢查學(xué)生的工作進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量,按時(shí)進(jìn)行答疑與指導(dǎo)。 (八) 指導(dǎo)學(xué)生正確編寫畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書或撰寫畢業(yè)論文及其它技術(shù)文件。 (九) 在畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)最后階段,按任務(wù)書和畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)的規(guī)范要求檢查學(xué)生m easur es planned im plem entation of t echnical pr ot ection m easures and secur it y schem es, t he pr oblem s should be pr om ptly r epor t ed t o t he M anager. 37t h: car bon super visor leader ship and head of t he pany should per iodically check t he ant i accident m easures planned, securit y t echnol gy pr ot ection m easures planned in im plem ent ation of m easur es against accident s and guar ant ee schem es, secur it y t echnology pr ot ection m easur es planne
