【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 the staff trained included the administrative personnel and specialized technical personnel from the environmental protection, agriculture, forestry and water conservancy departments in the Dongting Lake Area. ? 培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容包括我國生物多樣性國際公約的履約情況、生物多樣性保護中的國際合作以及國內(nèi)生物多樣性合作項目概況、長江中下游濕地以及洞庭湖濕地保護、生物多樣性及其保護，外來入侵物種識別、防治方法及相關(guān)管理能力以及生物多樣性保護、可持續(xù)利用以及發(fā)展跨部門職責(zé)等等。 ? The contents of the training included the fulfillment of international conventions on biodiversity in our country, international cooperation in biodiversity conservation and project introductions to domestic biodiversity cooperation, wetland conservation in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and Dongting Lake, biodiversity and its conservation, identification and prevention of alien invasive species, related management capability, biodiversity conservation, sustainable utilization and development of interdepartmental responsibilities, etc. ? 參加培訓(xùn)的人員通過學(xué)習(xí)，生物多樣性保護的知識和能力得到了明顯提高。 ? Through training, the knowledge and capability on biodiversity conservation of these personnel had been conspicuously improved. ? 2023年 9月，舉辦了中挪洞庭湖生物多樣性保護項目第一次國際研討會。 ? the SinoNorway Workshop I on Dongting Lake Biodiversity Conservation was held on September, 2023 ? 主要討論了 3個議題：生物多樣性保護經(jīng)驗和政策；洞庭湖區(qū)域生物多樣性保護的挑戰(zhàn)和面臨的問題；生物多樣性保護的信息和經(jīng)驗交流。 ? Three major themes were discussed during the meeting: biodiversity conservation experience and policy, challenges and problems in the Dongting Lake Area biodiversity conservation, and information and experience munication in biodiversity conservation. ? 2023年 3月，召開了第二次國際研討會。 ? The second international seminar , March ,2023 ? 研討會圍繞洞庭湖生物多樣性保護的部門行動計劃以及全球和國家生物多樣性保護戰(zhàn)略等問題進行了交流討論。對于如何建立部門間的合作與交流機制，改善洞庭湖生物多樣性保護和管理能力形成了共識。 ? Discussions were made on the department action plan of biodiversity conservation in the Dongting Lake Area, global and national biodiversity strategies and so on. With regard to how to establish cooperation and munication mechanism between departments, agreements had been reached on improving the biodiversity conservation and management in the Dongting Lake Area. 國際研討會 international seminars 部門協(xié)調(diào)與咨詢會議 Departments coordination and consultation meetings ? 湖南省環(huán)保、農(nóng)業(yè)、林業(yè)、水利等部門之間就洞庭湖生物多樣性保護初步建立起部門之間的溝通和聯(lián)系機制。 ? Environmental Protection, Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Departments of Hunan province established initial munication and contact mechanism of Dongting Lake biodiversity conservation. ? 挪威專家先后四次參加技術(shù)咨詢會。 ? Norwegian experts participated technical consultation meetings for four times. ? 通過召開多次會議，討論項目執(zhí)行的方案，總結(jié)項目執(zhí)行的經(jīng)驗，提出意見和建議，各部門在生物多樣性保護領(lǐng)域基本形成了統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識，并協(xié)調(diào)各自的行動，依照法律法規(guī)要求，分別做好各部門的工作。 ?
