The contents of the training included the fulfillment of international conventions on biodiversity in our country, international cooperation in biodiversity conservation and project introductions to domestic biodiversity cooperation, wetland conservation in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and Dongting Lake, biodiversity and its conservation, identification and prevention of alien invasive species, related management capability, biodiversity conservation, sustainable utilization and development of interdepartmental responsibilities, etc. ? 參加培訓(xùn)的人員通過學(xué)習(xí)，生物多樣性保護(hù)的知識(shí)和能力得到了明顯提高。 ? Three major themes were discussed during the meeting: biodiversity conservation experience and policy, challenges and problems in the Dongting Lake Area biodiversity conservation, and information and experience munication in biodiversity conservation. ? 2023年 3月，召開了第二次國(guó)際研討會(huì)。 ? The second international seminar , March ,2023 ? 研討會(huì)圍繞洞庭湖生物多樣性保護(hù)的部門行動(dòng)計(jì)劃以及全球和國(guó)家生物多樣性保護(hù)戰(zhàn)略等問題進(jìn)行了交流討論。對(duì)于如何建立部門間的合作與交流機(jī)制，改善洞庭湖生物多樣性保護(hù)和管理能力形成了共識(shí)。 ? With regard to how to establish cooperation and munication mechanism between departments, agreements had been reached on improving the biodiversity conservation and management in the Dongting Lake Area. 國(guó)際研討會(huì) international seminars 部門協(xié)調(diào)與咨詢會(huì)議 Departments coordination and consultation meetings ? 湖南省環(huán)保、農(nóng)業(yè)、林業(yè)、水利等部門之間就洞庭湖生物多樣性保護(hù)初步建立起部門之間的溝通和聯(lián)系機(jī)制。 ? Environmental Protection, Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Departments of Hunan province established initial munication and contact mechanism of Dongting Lake biodiversity conservation. ? 挪威專家先后四次參加技術(shù)咨詢會(huì)。 ? Norwegian experts participated technical consultation meetings for four times. ? 通過召開多次會(huì)議，討論項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行的方案，總結(jié)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出意見和建議，各部門在生物多樣性保護(hù)領(lǐng)域基本形成了統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識(shí)，并協(xié)調(diào)各自的行動(dòng)，依照法律法規(guī)要求，分別做好各部門的工作。 ?
