【文章內容簡介】 ? 在合同中應明確規(guī)定因選擇港而增加的運費、附加費由買方負擔 CIF London/Hamburg/Rotterdam optional CIF London, optional Hamburg / Rotterdam Optional additionals for buyer’s account 裝運港或裝運地的選擇應注意事項： ? 出口業(yè)務中，使用 FOB、 CFR和 CIF術語時，應選擇海輪能直接進入載運貨物的港口為裝運港。 ? 在采用多式運輸?shù)那闆r下，一般應以有多式運輸經(jīng)營人收貨站的地方作為裝運地點。 ? 如交易數(shù)量較大或貨物來源分散，集中在一個地點有困難的時候，則可爭取在兩個或兩個以上的地點裝運。 目的港和目的地的選擇應考慮以下問題： ? 1． 對目的港或目的地的規(guī)定 ， 應力求明確具體 ，一般不要使用 “ 歐洲主要港口 ” （ European Main Ports – .） 、 “ 非洲主要港口 ”（ African Main Ports – .） 之類籠統(tǒng)的規(guī)定方法 。 ? 2． 凡以非集裝箱的一般海上運輸方式交運的交易 ，貨物運往的目的港無直達班輪或航次較少的 ， 合同中規(guī)定允許轉運的條款 。 ? 3． 目的港必須是船舶可以安全停泊的港口 。 ? 4． 對內陸國家的出口交易 ， 采用 CFR或 CIF條件通過海上運輸貨物時 ， 應選擇距離該國目的地最近的 ， 我方能夠安排船舶的港口為目的港 。 除非多式聯(lián)運承運人能夠接受全程運輸 ， 一般不接受以內陸城市為目的地 。 ? 5． 規(guī)定的目的港和目的地 ， 如有重名 ， 應明確國別與所處方位 。 ? 6． 正確使用選擇港 。 第四節(jié) 分批裝運和轉運 一 、 分批裝運 （ partial shipment） ? 分批裝運又稱分期裝運 （ shipment by installments）是指一個合同項下的貨物先后分若干期或若干批裝運 。 《 UCP》 600 ? Article 31 Partial Drawings or Shipments ? a. Partial drawings or shipments are allowed. ? b. A presentation consisting of more than one set of transport documents evidencing shipment mencing on the same means of conveyance and for the same journey, provided they indicate the same destination, will not be regarded as covering a partial shipment, even if they indicate different dates of shipment or different ports of loading, places of taking in charge or dispatch. If the presentation consists of more than one set of transport documents, the latest date of shipment as evidenced on any of the sets of transport documents will be regarded as the date of shipment. ? A presentation consisting of one or more sets of transport documents evidencing shipment on more than one means of conveyance within the same mode of transport will be regarded as covering a partial shipment, even if the means of conveyance leave on the same day for
