Experienced I/T staff in Huawei can fill this role. External resource (I/T Architect) may help on a parttime basis to assist and review the work. I/T Specialists who are knowledgeable in technical areas (such as networking, hardware platform, operating system, software products etc.). They should be familiar with the technical environment in Huawei. Some Huawei Business Analysts who have strong business knowledge in Huawei and understand how I/T is being used in user departments.
