【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 past.Everyone may know that Graduate Candidate Test is very difficult and need great patience, that39。s all because of my patience,work hard and ersistence,I finally passed the GCT,and got the entrance scholarship too.在海爾集團(tuán)工作的時候，我曾經(jīng)每周都要面對不同的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)過來進(jìn)行安全生產(chǎn)檢查，也曾經(jīng)遇到過和我性格迥異之人，與人相處的要點(diǎn)就在于：我們要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)、挖掘我們的共同點(diǎn)，我是一個開朗活潑的人，愛好比較廣泛，如果遇到的人不好溝通工作上的事情，我可以首先和他聊下業(yè)余愛好上的共同點(diǎn)，可以事先了解下這個人的情況再做出相應(yīng)的溝通方法。曾經(jīng)有一次深夜我值班，來檢查的是個足球迷，然后我就以此為切入點(diǎn)，相談甚歡，甚至成為了朋友，其實(shí)我不是一個足球迷，我是個籃球迷。我仍然舉一個在企業(yè)工作的例子，我在海爾集團(tuán)人力本部，工作了半年面臨著工作職位的調(diào)動和重新競崗，也就是所有的人包括老職工重新競崗，和我一起入職的都相應(yīng)的選了見習(xí)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，而實(shí)際上我們在我的工作中做的工作卻不是見習(xí)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的工作，而是區(qū)域項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的工作，很多人因?yàn)榕碌米锢蠁T工而繼續(xù)選擇見習(xí)經(jīng)理崗位，但是我認(rèn)為工作就是應(yīng)該有競爭才能有動力才能做的更好，崗位的定崗不是按資歷而是按能力，我后來選擇了區(qū)域經(jīng)理崗位，并且在最后的面試種突圍，成為第一個大學(xué)生區(qū)域項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。通過這次的成功我覺得很大程度上要?dú)w功于自己的拼勁，我們年輕，還應(yīng)該具有年輕人的拼勁和闖勁，不能被世俗的觀念所消磨掉自己的棱角。、我的理解是：只有當(dāng)自己融入團(tuán)隊(duì)中，才能將自己的才能完全發(fā)揮，得到自我價值的最大實(shí)現(xiàn)。比如籃球比賽，評價一位球員的個人能力不僅僅體現(xiàn)在他自己的得分上，還體現(xiàn)在助攻、搶斷、蓋帽等等統(tǒng)計(jì)上。而助攻則是團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的體現(xiàn)，所以當(dāng)隊(duì)員融入了團(tuán)隊(duì)，才是一個完美的球員、偉大的球員。項(xiàng)目責(zé)任As the project leader, Indepth research on Chongqing Producer Services, study the relationship between service industry and manufacturing industry, forecast the development trend for Chongqing service industry, and put forward some suggestions about the development about Chongqing service industry.With responsibility for the Corporation Research and data collection, plete the requirement investigation reporting, write the receiving report, and cooperate with project team to exploiture the ANY3 management system.專業(yè)的描述我的專業(yè)是工業(yè)工程（Industrial Engineering），工業(yè)工程是從科學(xué)管理的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的一門應(yīng)用性工程專業(yè)技術(shù)，是對人、物料、設(shè)備、能源、和信息等所組成的整體系統(tǒng)，進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、改善和設(shè)置的一門學(xué)科，它綜合運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)、物理、和社會科學(xué)方面的專門知識和技術(shù)，以及工程分析和設(shè)計(jì)的原理與方法，對該系統(tǒng)所取得的成果進(jìn)行確認(rèn)、預(yù)測和評價?！惫I(yè)工程領(lǐng)域很廣，我的研究點(diǎn)是：供應(yīng)鏈管理和物流管理。我的地址：Room417,Building NO. 7,Chongqing University, ShaPingBa District ,Chongqing City影響職業(yè)生涯的兩個特點(diǎn)I have the factors alacrity and persistence.
