Party B shall be in charge of fire prevention and safety of the premises. As the emergency occurs, Party B shall follow the instruction by the management pany personnel. 乙方不得在該公寓或A座公寓內(nèi)攜帶或存放易燃易爆物品,乙方應就其違反消防和安全的相關規(guī)定或管理不當產(chǎn)生的所有后果承擔全部責任 Party B shall not carry or keep any inflammable and explosive goods in the premises or Apartment A. Party B shall be responsible for fire resulting from violation by Party B of the relevant fire prevention and safety rules or its improper management. 乙方同意甲方及其代理人、承包商、雇員及其他授權代表在合理的時間內(nèi)進入該公寓提供維修等服務。在緊急情況下,甲方或物業(yè)管理公司無需事先通知即可進入該公寓。乙方同意甲方無需就甲方(或其授權代表)因處理緊急情況而給乙方造成的損害承擔責任, 如該緊急情況是由乙方直接或間接所致,則乙方應承擔相關費用。前述緊急情況包括但不限于煤氣報警或火災警情、漏水現(xiàn)象、發(fā)生嚴重的可疑氣味、有被盜竊的可疑情形以及政府相關部門的檢查等。 To allow Party A and its agent, contractors, employee and all other authorized personal to enter the premises at such reasonable time to provide servicing, maintaining and repairing.
