Any notice shall be effective on the day of delivery if delivered in person, or left at the premises or at last known address of Party B (if Party A sends any notice to Party B), one (1) business day after transmission if delivered by facsimile and two (2) business days after mailing if sent by registered mail or five (5) business day if sent by ordinary mail after mailing. In the event that such breach has not been corrected within twenty (20) days after the issuance of the notice, the observant party is entitled to cancel the Agreement.
