However, Party A shall be under no obligation to repair the premises. Party B shall have the right to make an independent claim to the petent government department for the value of Party B39。s expenses and property. 十二、違約責(zé)任 Liabilities for Breach of the Agreement 除本合同另有約定外,如一方違反本合同中任何規(guī)定,另一方有權(quán)在違約行為發(fā)生后以書面形式通知違約方要求其履行合同。在通知發(fā)出后二十(20)日內(nèi),如違約行為仍不能得到糾正,守約方有權(quán)解除本合同。違約方應(yīng)賠償守約方因其違約行為而發(fā)生的任何費(fèi)用、支出、責(zé)任或損失。 Except described in the agreement, if one party breaches any provision of the Agreement, the other party is entitled to require with a written notice the defaulting party of performing the Agreement.
