(6) 匯票期限 (Tenor) 3. 關(guān)于單據(jù)的項(xiàng)目 ? 信用證業(yè)務(wù)處理的主要是單據(jù)，一般要列明受益人需要提交的單據(jù)的名稱、份數(shù)和具體要求。 ? 信用證結(jié)算中最基本和重要的單據(jù)主要是： ? 商業(yè)發(fā)票 Commercial Invoice) ? 運(yùn)輸單據(jù) (Transport Documents) ? 保險(xiǎn)單據(jù) (Insurance Policy) ? 還包括賣方提供的商檢證、產(chǎn)地證、包裝單據(jù)等 ? 4. 關(guān)于商品的描述 (Description of Goods) ? 一般包括貨名 (Names)、數(shù)量 (Quantity)、單價(jià) (Unit Price)以及包裝 (Packing)、嘜頭(Marks)、價(jià)格條件 (Price Terms)、合同號碼(Contract No.)等最主要的內(nèi)容。 5. 關(guān)于運(yùn)輸?shù)捻?xiàng)目 ? (1) 裝運(yùn)港或起運(yùn)地 (Port of Loading or Shipment from) ? (2) 卸貨港或目的港 (Port of Discharge or Destination) ? (3) 裝運(yùn)期限 (Time of Shipment) ?
