We pay close at t ention t o par ty building, r equir es polit ical part y m embers and cadres m ust ake t he lead in lear ni g, set st rict demands on themselves, . . 一、工程概況: 由我公司承接的揚州萬達廣場項目的總規(guī)劃用地面積 萬平方米,規(guī)劃總建筑面積約 萬平方米,其中地上建筑 萬平方米 ,地下建筑 萬平方米。主要由購物中心、商 業(yè)街、寫字樓、住宅等組成。 目前,甲方就揚州萬達廣場項目現(xiàn)場暫定大商業(yè)主體結(jié)構(gòu)、二次結(jié)構(gòu)及粗裝修工程邀請貴公司投標,具體施工范圍以甲方現(xiàn)場安排為準,乙方中標的前提為必須等甲方中標后進場。 工程地點:江蘇省揚州市邗江中路西側(cè)、江陽西路北側(cè) (原揚州汽車西站 )。 二、承包范圍、工作內(nèi)容和承包方式 承包方式: 包人工、包輔材、包機具、包材料消耗(超用量按市場價賠款)、包質(zhì)量、包安全、包工期、包文明施工、包成品保護、場容、場貌達到甲方和業(yè)主及當?shù)卣嘘P(guān)部門的要求。甲方享有對乙方施工的工程因質(zhì)量、進度 、安全、文明施工、材料浪費等因素造成的損失索賠的權(quán)利。 乙方中標后向甲方繳納的履約保證金,其金額包括質(zhì)量保證金、進度保證金、農(nóng)民工工資,若乙方在施工過程中涉及其中任意一項出現(xiàn)違約問題,甲方都可以扣除相應(yīng)金額。嚴禁轉(zhuǎn)包、非法分包,一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn),甲方有權(quán)終止合同,責令乙方退場,并由乙方承擔所造成的全部經(jīng)濟損失,履約保證金不予退還。 乙方施工完畢退場時,履約保證金經(jīng)甲方工程部、辦公室及項目經(jīng)理確認無違約情況后,無息退還。 施工用水電:甲方在工地現(xiàn)場提供水電接口。 暫定分包范圍: 主體結(jié)構(gòu)(具體范圍以甲方界 定為準): 經(jīng)業(yè)主、設(shè)計院、監(jiān)理及工程發(fā)包人認可的施工結(jié)構(gòu)、裝飾圖紙、工程變更、施工規(guī)范及施工方案內(nèi)鋼筋、混凝土、模板(含支撐)、腳手架以及相關(guān)的配合工作和安全文明施工。 其工作內(nèi)容包括但不限于下列內(nèi)容: 基坑機械開挖過程中配合清土,人工清理基底余土、槽底釬探。土方回填和首層地坪:場內(nèi)裝土、運土、卸土及鋪平、碎土、平土、填土分層打夯等全部操作過程。 地下室墊層、地下室的防水找平層、保護層等內(nèi)容的施工,以及塔吊基礎(chǔ)、施工電梯基礎(chǔ)及塔吊、施工電梯基礎(chǔ)的防雷接地等內(nèi)容的施工。 模板工 程:除定位軸線外所有的放線工作等內(nèi)容 , 包括模板工程(包括但不Gay is now a pr ovincial key const ruct ion pr oj ect of alum inum Lt d province wit h an annual out put of 50,000 t ons of t echnical innovation pr oj ect of envir onmental pr otect ion and ener gy saving of electr olytic aluminum pr oject m anager.
