【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 技術(shù)越發(fā)強大，出現(xiàn)DIY藥品，人們自己生產(chǎn)自己所想要的藥品，可能在家中就能打印出令自己心情愉快的藥品，或者這將會是一場難以想象的大災(zāi)難，這樣對于藥物的管制將是一個不折不扣的大難題。武器、毒品都是從表面上可以知道是危害性極強的東西，但3d打印機生產(chǎn)除了的產(chǎn)品可能會潛在危險性，而我們又不知道的。比如，一位自行車發(fā)燒友他通過3d打印技術(shù)制造出了一個剎車器，而這個剎車器也從來沒有經(jīng)過安全和質(zhì)量上的檢查，某一天他就用上了自己制造的剎車器，結(jié)果在自行車行駛中失靈從而發(fā)生了事故，從而我們可以看出這種危害性是隱形存在的，如果某天這位自行車發(fā)燒友還將他自己制造的剎車器批量生產(chǎn)后放上了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)售賣，那么這種無安全無質(zhì)量檢測過的剎車器就有可能危害了不少消費者的騎車安全，當(dāng)事故發(fā)生以后所追究的責(zé)任也無從下手，到底是誰該負(fù)上的責(zé)任？是制造剎車器的自行車發(fā)燒友？是原材料的供應(yīng)商？是3d打印機的制造商？是做出設(shè)計文件的人？還是為這剎車器做廣告的網(wǎng)站？這個我們都不得而知。在我們現(xiàn)在的制造業(yè)環(huán)境中，哪些允許做，哪些不允許做，都是有限制性的，制造商們都能一一知道而且遵守著這個法規(guī)，但3d打印機的出現(xiàn)可能將會將這種制造業(yè)上的種種規(guī)則打破，從而各種具有危害性的產(chǎn)品就會慢慢在人們的睡夢中誕生，或許當(dāng)我們受到了傷害的時候才發(fā)現(xiàn)，原來是3d打印技術(shù)打印出來的禍。 知識產(chǎn)權(quán)將會受到侵害3D打印給了我一個全新的制造產(chǎn)品方式，通過3d打印的精準(zhǔn)化計算，復(fù)制出一個一模一樣的產(chǎn)品并不是一件難事。那么知識產(chǎn)權(quán)很容易就會容易受到了侵害，在過去產(chǎn)權(quán)擁有者面對的可能是小型企業(yè)進(jìn)行維權(quán)，3d打印的出現(xiàn)，他們將要面對的可能將會3d打印的使用者。比如，一位年輕人買回一雙運動鞋回來，然后通過3d打印一雙全新的運動鞋，從這單方面來看可能對運動鞋的制造商沒有太大的利益上損害，但如果每位擁有3d打印機的使用者都這樣制造其運動鞋，那么疊加起來的影響應(yīng)該是十分巨大的，在過往制造商可以對制造侵權(quán)的企業(yè)發(fā)生律師函，但現(xiàn)在制造商根本不可能逐一找出這些用3d打印技術(shù)打印運動鞋的3d打印使用者，畢竟3d打印機的使用可以是在離線狀態(tài)，要發(fā)現(xiàn)是否侵權(quán)也只能通過網(wǎng)上查看是否存在有其產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計文件，在發(fā)現(xiàn)以后對發(fā)布者進(jìn)去起訴并要求刪除，那么這種情況將會使制造商的維權(quán)之路變得更加的崎嶇。其實對于這種侵權(quán)現(xiàn)象，相關(guān)法律應(yīng)該逐步隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展而不斷地完善，不然就會有很多的制造業(yè)在不知不覺地失去了產(chǎn)品的銷量，從而威脅到制造商們的生存。再大膽假設(shè)，在未來的3d打印技術(shù)都應(yīng)該要通過聯(lián)網(wǎng)才能工作使用，這樣就能通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)的統(tǒng)一規(guī)則來判定其制造操作是否合法，但這個想法否能實現(xiàn)是不得而知的，但離我們不太遙遠(yuǎn)的未來，可能就會出現(xiàn)大量粗糙的3D打印贗品布滿整個市場，街上周圍都有人在隨意叫賣他們自己制造的贗品，所以切合實際的法律需要及時被建立起來，保障著制造商們的合法權(quán)益第5章 總結(jié) 3D打印在制造業(yè)上的應(yīng)用確實是十分廣泛，而且還能通過自身的特點優(yōu)化提升了制造業(yè)的水平，從他的縮短開發(fā)周期、降低成本、性能更強就能看到了制造業(yè)將會越發(fā)地進(jìn)步，比以前發(fā)展得更快更好。除了提高了產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的效益，其如何綠色低碳環(huán)保的生產(chǎn)會更受到我們的關(guān)注，需要我們不斷地去探討，如何從材料上做出變化，做到即使產(chǎn)生浪費現(xiàn)象也能做到環(huán)保地回收。 同時在當(dāng)今商業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)模式的世界，門檻低、創(chuàng)新精神高、創(chuàng)新速度快，3d打印的出現(xiàn)，更加會讓發(fā)達(dá)國家的制造業(yè)不再受勞動力成本的影響。在未來3D打印很有可能將現(xiàn)今的生意模式顛覆，這個過程或許是漫長的，但最快來臨的新型模式應(yīng)該快要誕生了，可能先是從盛行定制化的服務(wù)開始，慢慢到了更多的小企業(yè)家用他們創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)品從一件做起，然后當(dāng)世人都意識到3D的厲害之處，就會激發(fā)更多的人去使用，當(dāng)達(dá)到一種廣泛普及的狀態(tài)時，人人都可以把家當(dāng)做是小型的工廠，做到一種自給自足。 更贏3D打印將會給人類帶入一個新的時代， 致 謝首先，我要感謝我的指導(dǎo)老師。沒有老師的指導(dǎo)和幫助，就無法順利地完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計，就沒有本論文的最終完成。最初的論文選題，得益于老師高屋建瓴的引導(dǎo)和啟發(fā)，是她知道我要從人們的生活出發(fā)，設(shè)計出對人們生活有意義的作品；中期的論文開題、撰寫，包括后期論文修改，都是由老師勞心勞力，不厭其煩，悉心為我答疑解惑，并提出寶貴的修改意見。老師高風(fēng)亮節(jié)，平易近人，她淵博的學(xué)識、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)闹螌W(xué)態(tài)度、精益求精的工作作風(fēng)、謙和的為人之道成為我今后不斷前行的動力和標(biāo)桿。最后，衷心的感謝關(guān)心和幫助過我的同學(xué)和朋友們。參考文獻(xiàn)[1] Decentralized Advertisement Remendation on IPTV .
