【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 city of Credit Information 認(rèn)證企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Criteria and Facilitation of Certified Enterprises 認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分為高級(jí)認(rèn)證企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和一般認(rèn)證企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，高級(jí)認(rèn)證企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是中國海關(guān)對(duì)高信用企業(yè)的較高要求，一般認(rèn)證企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是中國海關(guān)對(duì)高信用企業(yè)的基本要求。 The AEO criteria include the Criteria of ACE, and Criteria of GCE. The Criteria of ACE is the high requirements of China Customs for highcredit enterprises and the Criteria of GCE is the basic requirements of China Customs for highcredit enterprises. 高級(jí)與一般認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)均包含基礎(chǔ)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和附加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其中基礎(chǔ)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括內(nèi)控、財(cái)務(wù)、守法、安全等 4方面。 The Criteria of ACE and Criteria of GCE both cover the Basic Criteria and the Bonus Criteria, for example, the Basic Criteria includes 4 parts: Internal Control, Financial Status, Compliance, and Trade Security. 相比高級(jí)認(rèn)證企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，一般認(rèn)證企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要是減少了在內(nèi)部監(jiān)督、進(jìn)出口活動(dòng)控制、信息系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)管理、貿(mào)易安全的方面的要求，并在守法規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方面有所區(qū)別。 The Criteria of GCE have fewer requirements in internal control, import and export control, information system, data management and trade security than the Criteria of ACE, and are different as well in pliance criteria. 便利措施 Facilitation 一般認(rèn)證企業(yè) To (GCE) 1. 較低進(jìn)出口貨物查驗(yàn)率 Relatively low inspection rate of import and export goods。 Simplified examination of documentations of import and export goods。 Priority in processing import and export clearance formalities。 Other management principles and measures prescribed byCACC.
