【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 不易變形、移位。 控制鋼筋工程屬于隱蔽工程，是混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量監(jiān)控的重點(diǎn)。施工單位和監(jiān)理單位都要認(rèn)真做好鋼筋工程的隱蔽驗(yàn)收。 提倡文明施工，注意成品保護(hù) 在混凝土澆搗過程中提倡文明施工，注意成品保護(hù)。有一些施工單位往往在澆搗混凝土?xí)r， 無人統(tǒng)一指揮與監(jiān)督。已綁扎成型并經(jīng)驗(yàn)收的鋼筋網(wǎng)上施工人員毫無禁忌地亂踩亂踏，甚至將設(shè)備器具壓在上面，造成支撐馬墩和墊塊被壓扁或踩倒，以及混凝土內(nèi)鋼筋彎曲變型或位移。這樣就會使鋼筋位置及保護(hù)層厚度得不到保證。還有在混凝土澆搗過程中振搗無序，局部振搗過分或振動棒觸及鋼筋骨架，也會使鋼筋骨架變形、錯位，使保護(hù)層厚度不均。因此，在混凝土澆搗施工中，應(yīng)做到規(guī)范操作，除了對易于偏位的鋼筋應(yīng)作有效的固定外，應(yīng)有專人指揮監(jiān)督，嚴(yán)禁人員在鋼筋上隨意行走，振搗要按操作規(guī)范要求認(rèn)真有序操作，振動捧不得隨意觸及鋼筋骨架。 鋼筋骨架的安裝要求 12 鋼筋表面無銹蝕與焊渣，主筋應(yīng)順直，表面不得有裂紋及其他損傷； 雙層或多層鋼筋間應(yīng)有足夠的支撐，骨架不得變形、松焊和開焊，具有足夠的剛度； 鋼筋加工、制作必須嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)范要求； 為了保證鋼筋骨架的穩(wěn)固性，在制作過程中，要確保鋼筋綁扎及焊接的質(zhì)量； 骨架安裝工藝要合理、科學(xué)，骨架安裝完成后，要對骨架位置尺寸進(jìn)行認(rèn)真檢查，確保位置準(zhǔn)確，不符合要求，要進(jìn)行糾正處理； 對結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的 構(gòu)件 ，合理安插主、次筋的位置，并注意施工順序，避免出現(xiàn)鋼筋擠占保護(hù)層的情況。 骨架在運(yùn)輸過 程中也要防止骨架變形，必要時對加強(qiáng)箍筋進(jìn)行加密。 實(shí)行四級檢查驗(yàn)收制度 結(jié)合工程的具體特點(diǎn)，對橋梁的立柱、墩帽、預(yù)制板梁、預(yù)制箱梁、現(xiàn)澆箱梁、調(diào)平層等的墊塊用量做如下要求：立柱（含勒板）每斷面不少于 6 個，上下間距不大于 ；墩帽、預(yù)制板梁、預(yù)制箱梁、現(xiàn)澆箱梁及橋面調(diào)平層等每平米不少于 4個，通道、涵洞的墻身墊塊應(yīng)適當(dāng)加密，可達(dá) 6 個 /m2,以確保對主筋的固定，提高保護(hù)層的合格率。 各道工序完工后，首先是工班自檢、簽字，合格后上報(bào)項(xiàng)目部專業(yè)工程師，由專業(yè)工程師抽檢合格后方可報(bào)監(jiān)理工程師驗(yàn)收。 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行首件工程認(rèn)可制度 根據(jù)單元劃分的編號，將各道工序進(jìn)行細(xì)化，每項(xiàng)單個構(gòu)件施工前應(yīng)上報(bào)首件施工方案，經(jīng)批復(fù)后在首件工程施工中實(shí)施，首件工程完成后應(yīng)進(jìn)行總結(jié)，對需完善的工藝、注意的事項(xiàng)等進(jìn)行討論、交底、明確，確保后續(xù)施工的工程質(zhì)量不低于首件。 13 加強(qiáng)管理，制訂相應(yīng)的獎罰措施 各項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部成立鋼筋保護(hù)層質(zhì)量控制小組，詳細(xì)制訂保護(hù)層控制措施，并定期召開會議研究對策。制訂相應(yīng)的獎懲措施，簽訂責(zé)任書，與經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)掛鉤。對于滿足要求的隊(duì)伍建議給予適當(dāng)獎勵，存在問題的班組應(yīng)給予適當(dāng)?shù)慕?jīng)濟(jì)處罰，以充分調(diào)動廣 大職工的積極性。 嚴(yán)格檢測程序 相關(guān)鋼筋保護(hù)層的驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按《江蘇省高速公路工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量檢查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（ 2021 年版）》及省局、市高指相關(guān)的文件要求執(zhí)行。按項(xiàng)目部自檢、監(jiān)理抽檢、中心試驗(yàn)室抽檢及質(zhì)監(jiān)站檢測的程序進(jìn)行，所有外露鋼筋混凝土的保護(hù)層合格率不得低于 90%。 14 請您刪除一下內(nèi)容， O(∩ _∩ )O謝謝?。。?Many people have the same mixed feelings when planning a trip during Golden Week.
