Er na 流水線采用高壓噴淋淋浴、低壓高頻電擊暈、真空采血、蒸汽燙毛隧道系統(tǒng)等一系列先進(jìn)工藝和技術(shù)，確保最終產(chǎn)品的高質(zhì)量、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高附加值。 擬建生產(chǎn)線日屠宰能力為 3000 頭，全年生豬屠宰能力可達(dá) 100萬頭以上，完全能滿足生產(chǎn)需要。 第三節(jié) 項(xiàng)目工程方案 一、總規(guī)劃 本項(xiàng)工程為在該地區(qū)建立的年屠宰加工 100 萬頭生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)化項(xiàng)目。 新征建設(shè)用地 130 畝，用于生豬屠宰加工。 項(xiàng)目依據(jù)國(guó)家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)規(guī)范規(guī)定，力求總平面布局經(jīng)濟(jì)，工藝流程合理，各種管線布局合理、短捷順暢，安全防護(hù)距離到位，節(jié)省土地。 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目用地情況和生產(chǎn)要求，考慮內(nèi)外交通聯(lián)系、人流和物流的走向以及常年主導(dǎo)風(fēng)向等因素，將整個(gè)廠區(qū)分成生產(chǎn)區(qū)、輔助生產(chǎn)區(qū)及生活服務(wù)區(qū)。 生產(chǎn)區(qū)占地較大，屠宰車間（含冷庫、變電所）布置在廠區(qū)中央；待宰圈與屠宰車間按成組連建；綜合利用車間兩棟，相距 18m；輔助生產(chǎn)區(qū)包括鍋爐房、供水站及污水處理站。 ar r est ed. Er na 供水站隔道與屠宰車間相距 18m，污水處理站應(yīng)布局在位于夏季主導(dǎo)風(fēng)向的下風(fēng)向，與供水站相距 100m，滿足衛(wèi)生防護(hù)安全距離規(guī)定要求；鍋爐房應(yīng)布局于廠區(qū)常年最小風(fēng)向頻率的上風(fēng)向。 生活服務(wù)區(qū)包括宿舍樓及食堂浴室。 興建宿舍樓 2 棟，每?jī)蓷澦奚針悄媳毕嗑?27m，山墻相距 15m。食堂浴室布置在鍋爐房旁，相距 12m。宿舍樓與食堂浴室之間的空地布置有籃球場(chǎng)地，作為職工活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地。 廠區(qū)大門：廠區(qū)應(yīng)開設(shè)大門三處，主入口大門主要供本廠人員上下班出入及對(duì)外接待外商客戶使用。另設(shè)置 一個(gè)專供原料生豬入口及廢物出口的大門和一個(gè)專為成品出口的大門。 廠區(qū)道路：廠區(qū)道路呈環(huán)狀，主要道路寬 12m、 9m，次要道路寬4m。廠區(qū)道路呈環(huán)狀，消防車可繞各主要建筑物通行。 廠區(qū)消防：生產(chǎn)車間的火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)性類別為丙類，建筑物耐火等級(jí)為二級(jí)，建筑物之間防火間距大于 10m，不足部分設(shè)置防火墻，滿足消防規(guī)范規(guī)定要求。 廠區(qū)綠化： 廠區(qū)綠化景觀分為三個(gè)組成部分： 沿主入口一側(cè)是標(biāo)志性的景觀帶，其設(shè)計(jì)力求將自然與人文景觀融為一體；廠區(qū)生活區(qū)的綠化為具有園林性質(zhì)的自由式綠化，具有觀賞性與休閑性特征；另外廠區(qū)的圍墻邊與廠 區(qū)主要道路兩側(cè)則植以高大喬木。 ar r est ed. Er na 廠區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)與構(gòu)思不僅要豐富了廠區(qū)的綠化景觀環(huán)境，而且又為城市提供了一個(gè)很好的沿街景觀。 場(chǎng)地雨水按道路坡向匯集到雨水口，由雨水管路收集匯總，排放至開發(fā)區(qū)污水處理管網(wǎng)。 二、物料運(yùn)輸： 廠外運(yùn)輸： 物料形態(tài)主要為固態(tài)，運(yùn)輸方式以公路為主，主要由社會(huì)運(yùn)力解決。 廠內(nèi)運(yùn)輸： 主要由手推車、電瓶車解決。 三、土建工程（屠宰加工基地） 屠宰車間： 食品生產(chǎn)加工車間，生產(chǎn)衛(wèi)生級(jí)別要求較高；地面采用環(huán)氧樹脂地面，防水、防滲、防腐蝕、無毒、耐清洗、易消毒，保持潔凈生產(chǎn)環(huán)境；地面設(shè)明溝、地漏 ，以利地面清洗污水順暢及時(shí)排出；地角、墻角、地溝轉(zhuǎn)角抹灰呈圓弧形，鑲貼陰陽角瓷磚；墻面采用白色瓷磚貼面到頂，窗臺(tái)及框架外露梁頂抹灰呈 45 度，瓷磚罩面。 頂棚涂刷防腐、防霉仿瓷內(nèi)墻涂料；吊頂部分采用防水、防霉、易清洗、耐腐蝕的光滑材料吊頂；開啟門窗設(shè)置防蚊蠅設(shè)施；地溝、排水溝設(shè)置防鼠設(shè)施。 四、給水、排水工程 給水工程 （ 1）水源選擇及供水方案 廠區(qū)用水由市政給水管網(wǎng)供給，在廠區(qū)內(nèi)新建供水站一座，二次加壓后供廠區(qū)用水，同時(shí)設(shè)置蓄水池，作為水量調(diào)配及消防儲(chǔ)水之用。 ar r est ed. Er na （ 2）消防供水 根據(jù)建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī) 范（ GBJ1687） 2020 年版，本工程建筑物耐火等級(jí)為二級(jí)，生產(chǎn)類別為丙類，室外消防用水量為 40L/S，室內(nèi)消防用水量為 10L/s，火災(zāi)延續(xù)時(shí)間為 2 小時(shí)，廠區(qū)同時(shí)火災(zāi)次數(shù)為 1 次，則廠區(qū)所需消防用水總量為 360m3，設(shè)消防、生活、生產(chǎn)合用水池一座（ V 有效 =1200m3），并有保證消防用水不被它用的技術(shù)措施。 廠區(qū)消防給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)置成環(huán)狀，臨時(shí)高壓，當(dāng)火災(zāi)發(fā)生時(shí)，啟動(dòng)消防水泵，進(jìn)行滅火。 排水工程 污水處理及排放說明：生產(chǎn)過程中排出的污水，油脂、懸浮物以及有機(jī)物濃度均較高，需經(jīng)處理后達(dá)標(biāo)排放。生活污水、鍋 爐排污水等亦由污水處理站處理后，一并達(dá)標(biāo)排放。 五、供電工程 供電方案 （ 1）供電回路及電壓等級(jí)的確定：由于冷庫為二級(jí)負(fù)荷，所以由一10KV 專用的架空線路供電。 （ 2）外部供電條件、電源選擇、電源設(shè)施：需由地方提供用地專用線。 （ 3）項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)供電：由于冷庫位于屠宰車間內(nèi)，而且冷庫的用電負(fù)荷較大，故在屠宰車間內(nèi)建一座車間變電所，變壓器容量為 1 臺(tái)2020KVA。 ar r est ed.
