【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 思 .................................................................................................................................................. 6完畢 ............................................................................................................................................................................................. 6參考文獻(xiàn)：................................................................................................................................................................................ 6 致謝：....................................................................................................................................................錯誤！未定義書簽。老師在素養(yǎng)教育下的教學(xué)The teacher in the education quality of teaching摘要：素養(yǎng)教育是按照人的開展和社會開展的實際需要，以全面提高全體學(xué)生根本素養(yǎng)為根本目的，以尊重學(xué)生主體和主動精神，以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實踐才能和制造力為核心，注重開發(fā)學(xué)生的智慧潛能，注重構(gòu)成人的健全個性為根本特征的教育，強調(diào)的是培養(yǎng)和開展人的根本素養(yǎng)。全面施行素養(yǎng)教育，是貫徹黨的教育方針，實在改革和加強德育工作，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新才能和實踐才能，造就21世紀(jì)一代新人的一項事關(guān)全局、阻礙深遠(yuǎn)和涉及社會各方面的系統(tǒng)工程。 Abstract：Quality education is based on human development and social development of the actual needs, in order to improve the students basic quality as a fundamental purpose, to respect the student main body and initiative spirit, to cultivate the students practical ability and creativity as the core, pay attention to the development of the students intelligence potential, pay attention to the formation of personality as the basic characteristics of the education, the emphasis is the training and development of the human basic quality.Full implementation of quality education, implement the partys education policy, to reform and strengthen the moral education, cultivate the students innovation ability and practice ability, make the 21st century a new generation of one of the most influential global, and in the social various aspects of system engineering.關(guān)鍵詞：素養(yǎng)教育；教學(xué)質(zhì)量；數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)；才能要求；教學(xué)理念；Key words:quality education。quality of teaching。 mathematics teaching。ability。 teaching idea。前言眾所周知，素養(yǎng)教育與應(yīng)試教育之間的矛盾構(gòu)成了當(dāng)前中國教育中的主要矛盾。在中國，應(yīng)試教育可謂是源遠(yuǎn)流長：自隋代創(chuàng)立科舉制度直到1905年清政府宣布廢止科舉的一千多年的漫長時間里，科舉不斷是大批文人學(xué)子踏上仕途的唯一途徑。而自明朱元璋制定八股文以后，科舉的應(yīng)試色彩愈發(fā)濃郁。而從上世紀(jì)80年代以來，高考的迅速開展而構(gòu)成的“萬馬爭過獨木橋”的場面使應(yīng)試教育到達(dá)巔峰。但應(yīng)試教育的弊端特別快顯現(xiàn)：重分?jǐn)?shù)，輕開展；重少數(shù)，輕多數(shù)；重知識，輕才能；重死記硬背，輕靈敏運用；重應(yīng)試學(xué)科，輕視其它學(xué)科。這種教育思想和教育方法，使各種教育要素不協(xié)調(diào)，造成了學(xué)生學(xué)得死，負(fù)擔(dān)重，甚至畸形開展。就在如今，針對應(yīng)試教育的缺陷，素養(yǎng)教育正式提出——素養(yǎng)教育是按照人的開展和社會開展的實
