2 TYPES OF INCIDENTS TO REPORT 要報(bào)告的事故類型
Examples of the types of incidents required that must be reported are:
必須要報(bào)告的意外事故類型舉例如下：
? Struck by an Object 物體打擊
? Machine related injuries 機(jī)械傷害
? Electrical shock 觸電
? Falling at height 高處墜落
? Vehicle accidents involving injuries 交通事故；
? Fires or explosions 火災(zāi)或爆炸；
? Spills or releases 泄漏或釋放；
? Toxicosis and asphyxia accidents中毒和窒息事故
? Collapse accidents 坍塌事故
? Burn injuries 燒傷事故
? Loss of assets or property damage in excess of RMB ￥10000
超過1萬(wàn)人民幣以上的資產(chǎn)損失或財(cái)產(chǎn)損壞
? Any near miss that has a potential for causing an incident as described above
有可能造成上述意外事故的任何一個(gè)未遂事件
3 INCIDENT REPORTING AND RESPONSIBILITIES事故報(bào)告和責(zé)任
All personnel are responsible for reporting any injury or accident, no matter how insignificant, immediately to their supervisor.
不論傷害或事故的大小，任何人員都有責(zé)任立即向其主管報(bào)告任何傷害或意外事故。
Once an incident occurs, contractor should 一旦發(fā)生意外事故，承包商要：
? Immediate Notification (Verbal) – Construction personne
