At present nearly all bacterial are being,resistance to their original sensitive antibiotics. Drugresistance bacteria, especially the resistance E. coli, are increasing because of abuse of broadspectrum antibiotics and transduction of drug resistance gene in bacteria, the drug resistance in E. coli has been caused people much anxiety. For the reason that pare with The Ofloxacin、Gentamicin 、Terramycin 、Sulfadiazine sodium and Ampicillin sodium in vitro resistance results about E. coli performed by antimicrobial susceptibility test ,Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and FIC with disc agar diffusion methods.Objective: To investigate the resistance of E. coli to monly used antimicrobial agents,so as to guide the rational antimicrobial application in clinic. Methods: To pare with The Ofloxacin、Gentamicin、Terramycin 、Sulfadiazine sodium and Ampicillin sodium in vitro resistance results about E. coli performed by antimicrobial susceptibility test ,Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and FIC with disc agar diffusion methods. Results showed that E. coli was sensitive to Ofloxacin、Gentamicin and Ampicillin sodium； middle to Sulfadiazine sodium；drug sensitive to Terramycin. The result suggested that the bination of Ofloxacin and the Gentamicin demonstrate synergic action on the bacteria.
