O2, and before ammonia, CO2 must be removed. The CO2 of some enterprises is evacuated, because of the control of the process flow, which destructs the ecological environment and leads to the greenhouse effect, also wastes the valuable resource. A simple process about how to recycle CO2 is provided and designed. Recycling carbon dioxide and producing foodgrade liquid carbon dioxide, waste is turned into treasure. After application, it can play a dual effect of protecting environmental and recycling economy. The production of 50 kt/a of liquid food grade CO2 is designed. Decarbonization of desorption food grade is used to purification liquid CO2. This design has many advantages. For example, its process is short, simple, saving energy, economical, making full use of energy, and so on. The temperature swing adsorption technology to remove water is used in this device, low temperature distillation to remove noncondensable gases. Atmospheric pressure padding rectifying tower and selected interrelated equipment mainly for purification CO2 are designed. In this design, material balance and thermal balance of the entire process flow and the main equipment purification tower are calculated. By calculation, the diameter of the purification tower is selected 800mm, and the height of the purification tower is selected , total feed is 4000 hNm/3 .
