Decarbonization of desorption food grade is used to purification liquid CO2. This design has many advantages. For example, its process is short, simple, saving energy, economical, making full use of energy, and so on. The temperature swing adsorption technology to remove water is used in this device, low temperature distillation to remove noncondensable gases. Atmospheric pressure padding rectifying tower and selected interrelated equipment mainly for purification CO2 are designed. In this design, material balance and thermal balance of the entire process flow and the main equipment purification tower are calculated. Key words: Carbon dioxide 。Resource 。Condensate 。Purification 。Distillation 1 引 言 二氧化碳( CO2)是較豐富的 化學(xué) 物質(zhì)之一,其來源分為天然的和化學(xué)反應(yīng)過程中產(chǎn)生的兩種。根據(jù) CO2物理狀態(tài)可分為氣態(tài)、液態(tài)、固態(tài)(干冰)三種形式。在常溫常壓下是無色略帶酸味的氣體,在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)下,一立方米 CO2氣體重 ,在一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣壓下,其升華 溫度 為 ℃ ,臨界溫度為 ℃ ,臨界壓力為 ,相對(duì) 分子 質(zhì)量 為 。不能燃燒,容易液化,密度是空氣密度的 倍。在臨界溫度以下加壓,可使 CO2 氣體液化為無色的液體 CO2。 根據(jù) CO2質(zhì)量,用途不同,可分為 工業(yè) 級(jí)和食品級(jí)二種。多年來,合成氨的脫碳工段中,脫碳的再生氣由于沒有利用,直接排放到大氣中,既污染了環(huán)境,又造成了浪費(fèi)。近幾年,一些企業(yè)通過對(duì)市場(chǎng)的調(diào)查和研究,決定將 CO2 進(jìn)行回收利用,變廢為寶,充分利用能源。目前,已形成 5l04t/a 食品級(jí)二氧化碳的能力,用于飲料、卷煙、氣體保護(hù)焊等行業(yè),運(yùn)行效果良好,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益可觀,年創(chuàng)效益 1000 萬 元。 國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)二氧化碳的需求越來越大。目前,二氧化碳的提純工藝尚存在著諸多弊端,執(zhí)行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)落后,工藝技術(shù)落后,檢測(cè)手段滯后,投資 大、設(shè)備數(shù)量多,工藝流程繁雜。而本設(shè)計(jì)則提供了一套簡(jiǎn)單而又經(jīng)濟(jì)的生產(chǎn)工藝,生產(chǎn)年 5 萬噸的食品級(jí)液態(tài)CO2。 2 第 一 章 緒論 二氧化碳( CO2)是
