IWG修訂閾值：＜ 100 109/L,新閾值便于臨床實(shí)踐；比較不同臨床研究；避免將大多數(shù)妊娠相關(guān)的血小板減少納入 ITP。 RodeghieroF,et ,2022,113(11)23862393. 原發(fā)性、繼發(fā)性 ITP（ primary secondary immune thrombocytopenia） 的定義 ? 2022年 ITP國(guó)際工作組（ International Working Group ， IWG）就 ITP命名和診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)成共識(shí) ? 2022年中國(guó)血液學(xué)會(huì)提出修訂標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建議 ? 推薦使用“免疫性”，強(qiáng)調(diào)由免疫介導(dǎo)； ITP前冠以“原發(fā)性”，取代“特發(fā)性血小板減少性紫癜”，體現(xiàn)缺乏明確的原始或基礎(chǔ)病因，并與基礎(chǔ)疾病、相關(guān)藥物或已明確的免疫性血小板減少癥區(qū)別 ? “紫癜 ”一詞欠恰當(dāng)，因?yàn)榇蠖鄶?shù)患者無出血癥狀或出血輕微， ITP 是“ 免疫性血小板減少癥”（ immune thrombocytopenia） 的簡(jiǎn)寫。 ? 目前 IWG專家組：內(nèi)科治療無效 ITP患者，尤其是成年患者，在未接受脾切除治療前不能稱為難 治性 ITP，應(yīng)注明“對(duì)某種或多種藥物治療無效”。 ?
