The bidding scope includes main plant area geological exploration for the second stage project, engineering design, equipment supply, staff training, project construction, equipment installation, testrun, trial production, start up of production, acceptance test and hand over.雇主采用EPC方式招標(biāo)，其內(nèi)容包括：主廠區(qū)二期的地質(zhì)勘探；工程設(shè)計(jì)；設(shè)備供貨；人員培訓(xùn)；施工；設(shè)備安裝；試車；試生產(chǎn)；投產(chǎn)；驗(yàn)收交付。雇主有權(quán)對(duì)分包商的技術(shù)和財(cái)務(wù)狀況進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。 SINTERING ENGINEERING燒結(jié)工程 In order to meet the requirements for producing 500,000t/a casting billets for the TISCO second stage revamping and expansion project, one set of 550m3 blast furnace and the matched one set of 100m2 sintering machine as well as corresponding utilities shall be built up. 為滿足TISCO二期擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目500,000t/a連鑄坯規(guī)模要求，新建1臺(tái)500m3高爐，為此配套建設(shè)1臺(tái)100m2燒結(jié)機(jī)及其配套的公輔設(shè)施。年生產(chǎn)能力為500,000t/a連鑄坯。TISCO現(xiàn)有焦化、燒結(jié)、煉鐵、煉鋼、軋鋼生產(chǎn)廠和相應(yīng)的公輔設(shè)施等。 Newly constructed sintering machine and its utilities are located at the northeast of original sintering machine, details refer to attached drawings. 新建燒結(jié)及輔助設(shè)施布置在原有燒結(jié)的東北面。鍋爐房和淡水增壓水泵站布置在焦?fàn)t的西北側(cè)。 The transportation amount for newly built 550 m3 blast furnace is 549,700 tons yearly, among which, hot metal is 543,200 tons yearly, gas dust is 6,500 tons yearly. Hot metal is transported from casthouse to converter for steelmaking or pig cast machine by railway.
