(四) 甲方的規(guī)章制度違反法律、法規(guī)的規(guī)定,損害乙方權(quán)益的; Has rules and regulations that violate laws or regulations, thereby harming the Party B’ s rights and interests。乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)真履行自己的勞動(dòng)職責(zé),并親自完成本合同約定的工作任務(wù)。 Article 11 Party B will pay the insurance by himself according to the laws and regulations of his own state.
