Party B shall not store any dangerous items which are prohibited by the laws in the People’s Republic of China in the leased property and shall be fully responsible for any damages or losses as a result thereof. 5. 未經(jīng)甲方事先書面同意,乙方不得將承租的房屋轉(zhuǎn)租或分租給其他的第三方 .
