究主要集中在戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和選擇。King,Soloman和Fernald在人力資源是家族企業(yè)最重要資源的理論基礎上,分析家族企業(yè)成長過程中的人力資源影響因素,并以賈克斯分層系統(tǒng)理論作為家族企業(yè)人力資源職位規(guī)劃工具,測試家族成員和外部經理的“潛能”(41)。這個模型的中心內容家族企業(yè)的權力、經驗和文化聲明(FPEC),圍繞在它周圍并和它相互作用的因素是內部業(yè)務、顧客、創(chuàng)新性學習和財務(43)。家族企業(yè)研究的新興性使學者們大多把研究興趣集中于像家族企業(yè)治理、家族企業(yè)傳承這樣的基礎性熱門主題?;诩易迤髽I(yè)治理是家族企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的基礎性制度安排的認識,本文提出家族企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論模型(圖1)。戰(zhàn)略的資源依賴性和資源的戰(zhàn)略積聚與創(chuàng)造性相輔相成。當前我國社會的弱制度信任、強私人信任的信任格局可能會擴展家族企業(yè)關系治理的有效性邊界,從而強化家族企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略決策的非正式性和封閉性。我國家族企業(yè)宜高度重視企業(yè)成長的精神動力,大力實施企業(yè)愿景規(guī)劃。第四,切實增強戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力,密切關注戰(zhàn)略評價與控制,做好戰(zhàn)略績效的評估和反饋工作。 注釋: ?、賁harma P, Chrisman J J, Chua J H.
