Photograph of the specimen shows the thinwalled lymphangioma. 六，富血供病變 嗜鉻細胞瘤，起源于腎上腺髓質(zhì)嗜鉻細胞，沒有胞漿內(nèi)脂質(zhì)成分，所以在 GRE化學(xué)位移成像 outofphase上信號不減低，大部分嗜鉻細胞瘤在 T2WI上呈 高信號（“燈泡征”），但是不能作為診斷或排除嗜鉻細胞瘤的特征。假性囊腫沒有上皮， MRI表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜，有分隔，血液成分和軟組織，可繼發(fā)出血和透明樣變，外周可有線樣鈣化，但 MRI難以顯示。單純囊腫 T1WI低信號 T2WI高信號，沒有軟組織成分，沒有強化。大部分情況下無癥狀，但是囊腫巨大時，可出現(xiàn)疼痛，并可觸及腫塊。 髓樣脂肪瘤可以很大，并有癥狀，可以繼發(fā)出血。在非壓脂 T1WI上脂肪成分為高信號，壓脂脂肪成信號減低能夠幫助診斷。慢性出血均為低信號。 大部分腎上腺腺瘤在化學(xué)位移成像 outofphase上信號減低，信號強度減低20% 就可以診斷腎上腺腺瘤。 含細胞內(nèi)脂肪的腎上腺腫塊在化學(xué)位移成像 outofphase上信號減低，含肉眼可見脂肪的腎上腺腫塊在脂肪飽和成像序列上信號減低。 On axial and coronal MR images, the right adrenal gland is located immediately posterior to the inferior vena cava and superior to the upper pole of the right kidney.
