(2) to make or to accept an offer(報盤或接受報盤) ? 報盤( offer),也叫報價,是賣方主動向買方提供商品信息,或者是對詢盤的答 復,是賣方根據(jù)買方的來信,向買方報盤,其內(nèi)容可包括商品名稱、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、 包裝條件、價格、付款方式和交貨期限等。 也就是說,要達到正確擬寫外貿(mào)業(yè)務信函的目 的,僅有理論是遠遠不夠的,必須學習大 量外貿(mào)實務中有一定代表性的信函,熟悉大量 外貿(mào)業(yè)務中各個環(huán)節(jié)中常用語,包括詞匯、短 語、句型以及習慣表達方式等等,再通過一定 量的練習,對常用語進行操練運用,從而達到 掌握并熟練使用的目的。 本課程的 目的 是學習外貿(mào)業(yè)務書信的標準格 式,了解通過哪些途徑來發(fā)展新客戶,開拓新市 場,如何進行詢購某商品,怎樣報盤和還盤,怎 樣靈活運用付款方式,如何做到重合同守信用, 怎樣去審查信用證,做到不出差錯,在理賠和索 賠中做到有理有利有節(jié);學會擬寫信函和電傳傳 真的寫作技巧。 通過介紹外貿(mào)實務中各種英文業(yè)務函件、電傳和 傳真以及其它方式的寫作格式、商業(yè)術(shù)語和各種 不同的表達方法,并通過介紹對外貿(mào)易各環(huán)節(jié)的 具體做法,使學生在提高英語水平的同時,熟練 掌握對外貿(mào)易業(yè)務中常用的基本術(shù)語及表達技能, 培養(yǎng)和提高學生的外貿(mào)業(yè)務工作能力。 ?學習方法: 《 外貿(mào)函電 》 是一門實踐操作性很強的課程。總分中各部分所 占比例:課后作業(yè)及課堂表現(xiàn) 30% ,期 末考試 70% 。詢盤實質(zhì)上是邀請對 方發(fā)盤 (invitation of offers),在商法上屬于邀請要約。) ?
