In the case of dangerous and/or poisonous cargo(es)， the Seller is obliged to take care to ensure that the nature and the generally adopted symbol shall be marked conspicuously on each package. 裝運嘜頭，賣方負責在每件貨物上用牢固的不褪色的顏料明顯地刷印或標明下述嘜頭，以及目的口岸、件號、毛重和凈重、尺碼和其它買方要求的標記。 13 Other Terms： Unless otherwise agreed and accepted by the Buyer， all other matters related to this contract shall be governed by Section II， the Terms of Delivery which shall form an integral part of this Contract. Any supplementary terms and conditions that may be attached to this Contract shall automatically prevail over the terms and conditions of this Contract if such supplementary terms and conditions e in conflict with terms and conditions herein and shall be binding upon both parties. ：除非經(jīng)買方同意和接受，本合同其它一切有關事項均按第二部分交貨條款之規(guī)定辦理，該交貨條款為本合同不可分的部分，本合同如有任何附加條款將自動地優(yōu)先執(zhí)行附加條款，如附加條款與本合同條款有抵觸，則以附加條款為準。 10
