Mechanical efficiency is one of the important parameters of plaary reducer , in its use should be understand its mechanical efficiency, this can avoid some a waste of energy. On a plaary reducer is concerned, mechanical efficiency test is the need to measure its input and the output torque and speed. My overall design by using object objectoriented design method, the use of two sensor to measure the need of physical measurement. The design of the instrument need to be sure that all parts of the assembly lines in a straight line, avoid excessive coaxial degrees. Part of the test device adopts the modern equipment, realize the plete test function. The structure of the system not only reduce the cost of the equipment, and improve the level of automation testing and reliability.
