、作業(yè)的批改、教學(xué)反思等都體現(xiàn)了老師們踏踏實實的工作作風(fēng)和創(chuàng)新意識。對本組教師教學(xué)有新意的地方進(jìn)行肯定且推出本組觀摩,以供大家共同探討,以他人之長,補(bǔ)己之短,另一方面起到拋磚引玉的作用。其他的教師給予補(bǔ)充或提出建設(shè)性的建議。二、固定時間,固定地點。集體備課成員是:張光紅(組長)、董云生,單銀霞。教學(xué)前,應(yīng)根據(jù)教師本人特點和本班學(xué)生情況,進(jìn)行教案調(diào)整。形成教案主備教師將集體討論的意見整理,形成集體備課的教案設(shè)計。1)集體備課前須進(jìn)行教材內(nèi)容分析,討論教學(xué)重點難點、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)過程的設(shè)計等。通過集體備課,提高課堂教學(xué)的質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實施。(設(shè)計意圖:通過小記者采訪、報告,拓展本課知識,給學(xué)生一個自由的平臺,利用所學(xué)知識充分運(yùn)用到實踐中去,充分展示自我,體驗成功,收獲快樂)Step 7 Wrap up :師指向板書,引導(dǎo)歸納本課重點知識小組評價總結(jié):Which group is the winner ?
