腎上腺腫塊mr的特征及診斷(文件)
【正文】 和排列等特征，可將皮質 分為三個帶，即球狀帶、束狀帶和網狀帶。內側面依次為腎上腺上 ﹑ 中 ﹑ 下動脈，分別起源于膈下動脈，腹主動脈，腎動脈。左側腎上腺位于左腎上極前中部 ，胰腺后方，呈三角形 ，倒 V或 Y形。 常用序列如下： 冠狀位 T2WI （應用半付利葉 RARE技術 ，一次屏氣） 軸位 TSE或 FSE T2WI ，一次屏氣 冠狀位和軸位 GRE T1WI inphase and outofphase 成像，一次屏氣 在 gadolinium增強前及后使用冠狀位和軸位 3D GRE 序列 (如： [VIBE]), 屏氣。 1，腎上腺腺瘤 腎上腺腺瘤是最常見腎上腺腫塊，尸檢發(fā)病率約 3% 。 腎上腺腺瘤出血少見，出血不同時期有不同 MRI表現(xiàn) ，急性期 T1WI和肌肉信號相近， T2WI低信號。由成熟脂肪組織和造血組織構成。 2)脂肪和髓樣成分混合型： T2WI和 T1WI增強上脂肪信號混雜高信號區(qū)域。 Figure 6.
