Sales revenues were declined, higher operating costs and expenses are the major reasons led to pany profits decreased continuely. The goal of my project is to help the pany building a stable and excellent team, and it should be sustainable. Second, two months project was designed and provided a welldesigned training program to help employees familiar with pany system, products knowledge, sales skills, and team spirit. Scientific research approaches of employee questionnaire, customer feedback survey were used in the identification and analysis of the problems. Moreover, flowchart, project framework were also adopted in the design, implementation and evaluation of the project. Fourth, a hypothesis was raised during the project, that if we can provide a good training program we will increasing sales revenues and cut down the operating expenses, we will not only see a well trained employee team but also make profits. With the efforts we have put on this project, we achieved the final goal successfully. This dissertation makes an introduction of the related theories, the status political, economic, social and technological of pany faces. According to the development goal and vision of pany, using SWOT model to probe into the opportunity and threat, weakness and strength of pany to make the implementation strategies and make an analysis and evaluation of the results of implementation.
