【正文】 orm Party A two working days in advance and both parties will cooperatively search for an alternative solution. 6. 甲方有權(quán)審校乙方的翻譯件并提出修改意見，翻譯件中如有不準(zhǔn)確之處（不包括甲方在乙方交付翻譯件后對(duì)原件做出的修改），乙方在交付后三個(gè)月內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)免費(fèi)修改。 本條款在本合同終止后繼續(xù)有效。如中、英文本有歧異，以中文為準(zhǔn)。除終止前已發(fā)生的并按第 8條確認(rèn)的翻譯費(fèi)用的付款義務(wù)外，甲方無(wú)須向乙方承擔(dān) 任何其他責(zé)任。仲裁裁決為終局性的且對(duì)雙方均有約束力。未盡事宜，由雙方協(xié)商解決。合同的任何修正或補(bǔ)充須經(jīng)雙方共同簽字后方生效。乙方應(yīng)在每月 25 號(hào)為甲方以形式發(fā)票的方式制作一份本月交付詳細(xì)清單，甲方應(yīng)在 5 日內(nèi)確認(rèn)無(wú)誤后于 30 日內(nèi)付款， 如遲付，乙方有權(quán)要求向甲方收取除正常價(jià)外 ％每周因延遲付款所發(fā)生的費(fèi)用。未經(jīng)甲方書面同意，乙方不得對(duì)甲方所提供的文件資料及產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行復(fù)制、修改、或發(fā)表。 In the case when Part B informs Party A that there are mistakes in Party A’s files, information, technical requirements, etc. which make Party B unable to start working on the project, Part A agrees to deal with the case promptly and solve it.
