反了,我們的餐桌上往往響徹著此起彼伏的勸酒聲,氣氛顯得十分的熱鬧,好像酒喝的越多,感情就越好,飯局才算是圓滿了。下面來說說我對西方餐桌禮儀的一些理解與感悟。各式各樣的菜肴,各種類型的餐具,各種各樣的酒杯酒水,常常使人眼花繚亂,甚至是不知所措,但是一旦你熟練掌握了這項(xiàng)禮儀,特別是女士,那么你自身的形象品味將大大提升,你的氣質(zhì)也會更加高雅,言談舉止也會十分吸引人矚目。除主人特別示意作為紀(jì)念品的東西外,各種招待用品,包括糖果、水果、香煙等,都不要拿走。 有的主人為每位出席者備有小紀(jì)念品或一朵鮮花。喝酒時絕對不能吸著喝而是傾斜酒杯,像是將酒放在舌頭上似的喝。接著,侍者會來倒酒 ,這時,不要動手去拿酒杯,而應(yīng)把放在桌上由待者去倒。下面是一些可以用手拿著吃的食物:帶芯的玉米,肋骨,帶殼的蛤蚌和牡蠣,龍蝦,三明治,干蛋糕,小甜餅,某些水果。碗中的湯剩下不多時,可用手指將碗略微抬高。先用湯匙由后往前將湯舀起,湯匙的底部放在下唇的位置將湯送入口中。要記住,任何時候,都不可將刀叉的一端放在盤上,另一端放在桌上。刀刃朝向自身,表示還要繼續(xù)吃。 下面來說說餐桌上的刀叉使用方法吧。刀、叉又分為肉類用、魚類用、前菜用、甜點(diǎn)用,而湯匙除了前菜用、湯用、咖啡用、茶用之外,還有調(diào)味料用湯匙。如湯、菜太熱,不要用嘴吹,等涼了再喝?!睂Σ缓峡谖兜牟?,不要顯露出難堪的表情。這樣就是整個餐桌的氣氛不會尷尬。 西餐的上菜次序一般是開胃菜,主食即飯后甜點(diǎn)。就座時,身體要端正,手肘不要放在桌面上,不可蹺足,與餐桌的距離以便于使用餐具為佳。入座、點(diǎn)酒都應(yīng)請女士來品嘗和決定。在預(yù)定時間到達(dá), 是基本的禮貌。 吃西餐在很大程序上講是在吃情調(diào):大理石的壁爐、熠熠閃光的水晶燈、銀色的燭臺、繽紛的美酒,再加上人們優(yōu)雅迷人的舉止,這本身就是一幅動人的油畫。另外應(yīng)特別注意的一點(diǎn),如有吃剩的食物,一定要打包帶回家,以免浪費(fèi)。 Eating Custom and Practice 用餐習(xí)慣 American eating is eat almost everything with a fork,and it appears that holding a knife in one’s right hand longer than a few seconds is considered to be against good table manners.
