產(chǎn)品的工藝規(guī)劃和模型的建立是虛擬加工技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),對虛擬加工的質(zhì)量具有非常重要的作用。并通過新建的后置處理器歲刀位文件進行后置處理,得到適合機床的 G代碼文件。根據(jù)數(shù)控加工工藝定制原則 結(jié)合模型本身的特點,制定合理的加工工藝路線,并進行簡單地夾具設(shè)計。本課題以具有多孔、 多曲面的薄壁殼體零件 的加工為例,基于 CATIA和 VERICUT,研究通過建立集建模、加工、仿真與優(yōu)化為一體的虛擬數(shù)控加工鏈,獲得高效高質(zhì)量的數(shù)控加工程序的過程。 本課題 飛機操作系統(tǒng)殼體零件模型為研究對象,首先通過 CATIA軟件建立零件的實體模型,通過數(shù)控自動編程規(guī)劃刀具路徑,生成刀位文件 。在動態(tài)模擬時,刀具可以實時在屏幕上移動,刀具與工件接觸之處,工件的形狀就會按刀具移動的軌跡發(fā)生相應(yīng)的變化。 試切法是 NC程序檢驗的有效方法。 通過對飛機操作系統(tǒng)殼體零件的三維造型及實體加工仿真,可以縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率,激發(fā)我國制造業(yè)發(fā)展的新思路,促進我國制造業(yè)的發(fā)展。 而在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,大部分的產(chǎn)品都需要進行三維造型與實體加工仿真,本文以飛機操作系統(tǒng)殼體類零件為例,應(yīng)用 CATIA 軟件,結(jié)合專業(yè)課程理論,進行三維造型與實體加工仿真。 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文 題 目 飛機操作系統(tǒng)殼體類零件實體加工與仿真 專業(yè)名稱 機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化 學(xué)生姓名 指導(dǎo)教師 畢業(yè)時間 畢業(yè) 任務(wù)書 一、題目 飛機操作系統(tǒng)殼體類零件實體加工與仿真 二、指導(dǎo)思想和目的要求 此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計題目來源于生產(chǎn)一線, 由學(xué)生獨立完成飛機操作系統(tǒng)殼體類零件的三維建模、加工設(shè)計、加工程序后置 處理與仿真。首先對該殼體零件結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析,構(gòu)思實體造型思路,通過 CATIA 里面的建模模塊,應(yīng)用拉伸,旋轉(zhuǎn),布爾運算等特征功能對實體進行造型。 關(guān)鍵詞 : CATIA, 三維造型 , 加工仿真 , 驗證仿真 西北工業(yè)大學(xué)明德學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文 II ABSTRACT The rapid development of CAD/CAM technology and the software and hardware level of further improved, provided strong technical support for the manufacturing industry, also for the enterprise product design, manufacturing and production level of ascension brings a qualitative leap, CAD/CAM technology has bee the inevitable choice of modern enterprise information, integration and working. In modern industrial production, most of the products need to be 3D modelling and simulation entity processing, based on the shield parts of flight controls as an example, the application of CATIA software, bining the theory of professional courses, 3D modelling and simulation entity processing. First carries on the analysis about the structure of the shield parts of flight controls, thinking entity modelling idea, through the modeling module in CATIA, application of stretching, rotating, characteristic functions such as Boolean operation on entity model. Through to the entity modelling, according to the analysis to determine the processing plan of entity structure, through CATIA processing module, application Settings tool, select blank, characteristic functions such as tool path is generated on the real process. For the shield parts of flight controls 3D model and entity processing simulation conducted indepth exploration, to the real machining simulation is also carried on the detailed elaboration, and has carried on the simulation validation of VERICUT. Through to the the shield parts of flight controls 3D modelling and simulation entity processing, can shorten the product development cycle, reduce production cost, improve product quality and production efficiency, and stimulate new train of thought on the development of manufacturing industry in our country, promote the development of manufacturing industry in our country.
