【正文】 4 Abstract The graduation design is special milling machine for Tiles seam allowance of cylinder body. Special milling machine is based on needs of work, match with a few special parts of cutting tools. The design is mainly their learned knowledge bined with auxiliary materials applied to the design, to consolidate and deepen the knowledge already learned to master the main transmission gearbox design calculations, general procedures and methods spindle design calculations, milling assembly. Reasonably determine the correct actuators and plete the overall layout milling, determine its contact size. Finalize the assembly drawing. Throughout the design process is divided into: the overall program design, the main drive system design, design milling, machine binations. Key Words : special milling machine, the main drive system ,milling tools 5 第一章 總體設(shè)計(jì) 方案設(shè)計(jì) 過(guò)去 , 采油機(jī)汽缸體瓦蓋止口是在 X53K 型立銑上用 50 的棒銑刀加工。此次設(shè)計(jì)主要是將自己所 學(xué)的知識(shí)結(jié)合輔助材料運(yùn)用到設(shè)計(jì)中,鞏固和深化已學(xué)知識(shí),掌握 主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的 減速箱 設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算 、主軸設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算 的一般步驟和方法, 銑頭裝配。為適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代機(jī)械工業(yè)多品種、中小批量生產(chǎn)的需要,擴(kuò)大夾具的柔性化程度,改變專用夾具的不可拆結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)展可調(diào)夾具結(jié)構(gòu),將是當(dāng)前夾具發(fā)展的主要方向。 ;用于精密車削的高精度三爪自定心卡盤,其定心精度為 5μ m。例如,在銑床上使用電動(dòng)虎鉗裝夾工件,效率可提高 5倍左右;在車床上使用高速三爪自定心卡盤,可保 證卡爪在試驗(yàn)轉(zhuǎn)速為 9000r/min 的條件下仍能牢固地夾緊工件,從而使切削速度大幅度提高。目前我國(guó)已有夾具零件及部件的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn):以及各類通用夾具、組合夾具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等。國(guó)外一些廠家大多采用拉削,但專用止口拉刀的設(shè)計(jì)與制造非常困難。總體增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)并不明顯,可見,我國(guó)臥式銑床市場(chǎng)仍有待開發(fā)。1
