Acceptance inspection Inspection itemsInspection items of welding materials shall be determined in accordance with manufacturing specifications and types of welding products, classification society rules, Owner’s technical conditions and actual requirements. Packing inspectionCheck and make sure the package of welding materials meets the requirements of relevant standards, is sound, undamaged and not damped. Inspection of quality certificatesFor welding materials furnished with quality certificates or classification certificates, check and make sure the data as provided in such certificates are all plete and meet specified requirements. 外觀檢驗檢驗焊接材料的外表面是否污染，在儲運過程中是否產(chǎn)生有可能影響焊接質(zhì)量的缺陷，識別標志是否清晰、牢固，與產(chǎn)品實物是否相符。焊接材料經(jīng)驗收檢驗后應(yīng)出具檢驗報告，并經(jīng)有關(guān)職能部門認可。其內(nèi)容包括：a) 焊接材料的名稱、型號(或牌號)，或內(nèi)部移植代號；b) 生產(chǎn)廠；c) 規(guī)格；d) 批號或爐號；e) 數(shù)量(或重量)；f) 生產(chǎn)日期；g) 入庫日期；h) 有效期(自驗收合格之日起至規(guī)定的期限)。c) Specifications。g) Warehousing date。 焊接材料應(yīng)按有關(guān)的技術(shù)要求和安全規(guī)程妥善保管。定期對庫存的焊接材料進行檢查，并將檢查結(jié)果作書面記錄。8. Distribution To ensure the use of welding materials within effective period and avoid bad consequence of expiration of storage life, the distribution of welding materials shall follow the “FIFO (first in, first out)” principle. The quantity of welding materials taken out of warehouse shall be controlled in strict accordance with product consumption data, and warehousing materials may be sent out of warehouse only against the corresponding material requisition and with the approval by storekeeper. 庫存超期的焊接材
