【正文】 b) Tidy and unpolluted. 回收的焊接材料的烘干焊接前要求必須烘干的焊接材料(堿性低氫型焊條及焊劑)，允許回收后再次烘干，但對烘干溫度超過 350℃的低氫材料，累計的烘干次數(shù)不超過 3 次。 焊接材料管理員對焊接材料的烘干、保溫、發(fā)放及回收應(yīng)作詳細記錄，達到焊接材料使用的可追溯性。 焊接材料在烘干及保溫時應(yīng)嚴格按有關(guān)技術(shù)要求執(zhí)行。c) The storage life of welding materials with ordinary packing and other welding materials is two years. 受潮、變質(zhì)的焊接材料對于嚴重受潮、變質(zhì)的焊接材料，應(yīng)由質(zhì)檢和有關(guān)職能部門進行必要的檢驗，并作出降級使用或報廢的處理決定之后，方可準(zhǔn)許出庫。發(fā)現(xiàn)由于保存不當(dāng)而出現(xiàn)可能影響焊接質(zhì)量的缺陷時，應(yīng)及時報告質(zhì)檢，和相關(guān)部門，會同有關(guān)職能部門及時處理。h) Effective period (from the date of acceptance to a specified date).After warehousing of welding materials, corresponding storage archives shall be established, including warehousing register, quality certification, classification certificate, acceptance report, and inspection and distribution records.7 庫存保管 存放條件 焊接材料的儲存庫應(yīng)保持適宜的溫度及濕度。焊接材料入庫后即應(yīng)建立相應(yīng)的庫存檔案，如入庫登記、質(zhì)量證明書、船級社證書、驗收檢驗報告、檢查及發(fā)放記錄等。 成分及性能試驗如需要，應(yīng)按技術(shù)要求進行焊接材料復(fù)驗，根據(jù)有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或供貨協(xié)議的要求，進行相應(yīng)的試驗。在可能的條件下，盡量配套采購。所有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都會被修訂，使用本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的各方應(yīng)探討使用下列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)最新版本的可能性。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于焊接生產(chǎn)中，上述這些焊接材料的質(zhì)量管理。 對業(yè)主規(guī)定有特殊要求的項目，要根據(jù)業(yè)主的規(guī)定要求修訂具體項目的管理規(guī)定，并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行。 包裝檢驗檢驗焊接材料的包裝是否符合有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，是否完好，有無破損、受潮現(xiàn)象。 Exterior inspectionCheck and make sure the exterior of welding materials is uncontaminated, free of any defect that occurs during storage or transportation and is likely to affect welding quality, and that their identification marks are clear and fast and consistent with actual conditions of the products. Composition and performance testIf necessary, welding inspection shall undergo reinspection in accordance with technical requirements or corresponding tests as required in relevant standards or supply agreement. Approval of inspection resultsThe methods and rules for inspection of welding materials shall be generally determined in accordance with the requirements of relevant standards and classification society rules. If necessary, such methods and rules may be determined through negotiation by the buyer and the seller.After acceptance inspection of welding materials, an inspection report shall be issued, subject to approval by relevant functional departments. Inspection markEach package of accepted welding materials shall be properly marked.6 入庫存放焊接材料的庫內(nèi)可根據(jù)需要，劃分為“待檢”、“合格”及“不合格”等區(qū)域，各區(qū)域要有明顯的標(biāo)記。e) Quantity (or weight)。品種、型號及牌號、批號、規(guī)格、入庫時間不同的焊接材料，應(yīng)分類、分批存放，并有明確的區(qū)別標(biāo)志，以免混雜。規(guī)定期限自生產(chǎn)日期始可按下述方法確定：a) 材料供應(yīng)商的焊接材料質(zhì)量證明書或說明書推薦的期限；b) 包裝密封良好的焊接材料為三年；c) 一般包裝的焊接材料，及其他焊接材料為二年。Welding technicians and workshop inspectors shall conduct necessary inspection and supervision over the management and use of welding materials to ensure correct use of welding materials and prevent quality accident due to inappropriate management of welding materials. 烘干、保溫及清理 烘干及清理焊接材料的場所應(yīng)具備合適的烘干、保溫設(shè)施，及清理手段。 焊接材料制造廠對有烘干要求的焊接材料，應(yīng)提供明確的烘干條件。 焊接材料的回收焊接工作結(jié)束后，剩余的焊接材料應(yīng)回收。b) Before mixing, slag, impurities and dust is properly removed from used welding flux。如果超過保存期，或發(fā)現(xiàn)真空包裝破損，禁止使用。烘干焊條時應(yīng)注意防止焊條因驟冷驟熱而導(dǎo)致藥皮開裂或脫落。 使用管理職責(zé)車間的生產(chǎn)主管人員對焊接材料的管理及使用全面負責(zé)；焊接技術(shù)人員及車間檢查員應(yīng)對焊接材料的管理及使用進行必要的檢查監(jiān)督，確保焊接材料的正確使用，防止由于焊接材料管理不善而發(fā)生質(zhì)量事故。8. Distribution To ensure the use of welding materials within effective period and avoid bad consequence of expiration of storage life, the distribution of welding materials shall follow the “FIFO (first in, first out)” principle. The quantity of welding materials taken out of warehouse shall be controlled in strict accordance with product consumption data, and warehousing materials may be sent out of warehouse only against the corresponding material requisition and with the approval by storekeeper. 庫存超期的焊接材料庫存期超過規(guī)定期限的焊條、焊劑、焊絲及藥芯焊絲，需經(jīng)有關(guān)職能部門復(fù)驗合格后方可發(fā)放使用。 焊接材料應(yīng)按有關(guān)的技術(shù)要求和安全規(guī)程妥善保管。c) Specificatio
