The flow direction of those materials must be strictly controlled.9 使用過程中的管理 一般要求 車間應(yīng)設(shè)置專門的焊接材料管理員，負責(zé)焊接材料的焙烘、保管、發(fā)放及回收。堆高不超過70mm。 真空包裝焊接材料采用真空包裝，按照焊接材料制造商技術(shù)規(guī)格書的規(guī)定，允許不進行焙烘的焊接材料，可直接使用，但必須在 4 小時內(nèi)用完，或嚴(yán)格按照焊接材料制造商技術(shù)規(guī)格書的規(guī)定發(fā)放和使用。 Dry of recovery welding materialsWelding materials that must be dried before use (., alkali lowhydrogen welding electrodes and fluxes) may be dried again after recovery. However, lowhydrogen materials that shall be dried above 350℃ may be dried for at most 3 times. Repeated use of welding fluxWelding flux may be used repeatedly, provided that:a) Used welding flux is mixed with new welding flux of the same batch and the mixing ratio of the former is below 50%. For an important product, the mixing ratio of used welding flux is preferably around 30%。回收的焊接材料應(yīng)滿足下列條件：a) 標(biāo)記清楚；b) 整潔，無污染。焊接材料的烘干規(guī)范可參照焊接材料說明書的要求確定。烘干、保溫設(shè)施應(yīng)有可靠的溫度控制、時間控制及顯示裝置。 Welding materials with expired storage lifeWelding electrodes, fluxes, wires and flux cored welding wires whose storage life expires may be distributed for use only after they pass reinspection organized by relevant functional departments.Reinspection is generally aimed at checking if any defect likely to affect welding quality occurs to welding materials, and is usually limited to exterior inspection and process performance test. If there is any about service performance of welding materials, necessary inspection items may be included.The specified period is any of the following periods of time as from the date of production:a) Period as remended in quality certificate or specification of welding material supplier。7. Storage Storage conditions The storeroom of welding materials shall always have suitable temperature and humidity.Indoor temperature shall be above 5℃ and relative humidity shall not exceed 60%.
