【正文】 機操作使用規(guī)范》 二、工程概況 6標段，標段范圍為： K16+750～ K20+650； 全長 ，含短鏈 。 全線有乾母洞中橋、分離式跨線橋、隴內(nèi)屯中橋。單幅橋?qū)?13m，橫斷面布置 20 片梁，梁高 。 分離式跨線橋與坡洪至橋業(yè)二級路 交叉相通，橋梁位于高速公路直線段位置，里程樁號位于 K18+092，橋梁共 3 跨每跨 20m。 該機采用三角桁架作主要承載受力構(gòu)件（如縱導(dǎo)梁、橫導(dǎo)梁），構(gòu)件單元間采用銷軸連接，配置自力走行及起重裝置，全部采用電控操作、機械運動，完成吊梁起落、吊梁運行、整機吊梁橫移以及整機空載縱移等運動，達到快速、安全地架梁目的；同時該機易于拆裝，便于轉(zhuǎn)移工地，廣泛用于流動作業(yè)的工程施工。 3 主要技術(shù)參數(shù)： 額定起重量 t ≤ 2 70 適應(yīng)跨度 m ≤ 40 適應(yīng)縱坡 ≤177。 縱導(dǎo)梁采用型鋼焊制而成的三角型桁架結(jié)構(gòu)。輪 箱組結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖如下圖一： 圖一 提升小車上卷揚機通過滑輪組提起或放下預(yù)制梁。上下層輪箱通過轉(zhuǎn)盤可以調(diào)整角度便于斜橋和曲線橋架設(shè)。 后上橫梁裝在縱導(dǎo)梁后端上部 .采用鋼板焊接而成，兩端通過轉(zhuǎn)向法蘭與縱導(dǎo)梁相連接。 （六）后支腿 后支腿由伸縮筒、伸縮導(dǎo)向架、液壓升降裝置等組成。后托輪支撐在縱導(dǎo)梁下部中后端，橋機過孔完畢后落下后托輪，橋機 即可橫移架梁。在橋面上時應(yīng)選擇預(yù)制梁最佳受力位置（梁板 8 腹肋處），枕木下鋪設(shè)砂子找平梁頂面，枕木上面鋪設(shè)軌道墊板，左右軌道高差不允許超過 10mm。 每幅梁或前墩臺最外側(cè)邊緣的支墊必須牢固可靠，不允許用松軟枕木支墊，必須是堅固的應(yīng)雜木或硬雜木上放鋼墩（或鋼板）然后再放硬雜木板與軌道接觸。 （三）架橋機的安裝 架橋機安裝次序為： 9 中支裝置 安裝 后托輪 安裝 縱導(dǎo)梁 拼裝 縱導(dǎo)梁 吊裝（吊裝在 中支裝置 和 后托輪 上） 縱導(dǎo)梁 前框架安裝 縱導(dǎo)梁 后上橫梁安裝 前 支腿安裝 后支腿安裝 提升小車安裝 吊鉤 （動滑輪）安裝 電控系統(tǒng)安裝。 后托輪 安裝 后托輪安裝在距中支裝置后約 15m 處，后托輪箱高度與中支裝置輪箱調(diào)整相平，兩后托輪中心距 5m（安裝固定見安裝要求）。 縱導(dǎo)梁 前 端 框架安裝 縱導(dǎo)梁后端上橫梁安裝 注：安裝過程中注意編號對應(yīng)！橋機架梁狀態(tài)如下圖四所示： 圖四 前支腿安裝 （ 1）將前支腿各部件組裝成整體 ，用吊車或手拉葫蘆吊起并用高強螺栓固定在縱導(dǎo)梁前端。 11 圖 五 后支腿的安裝 將后支腿 的導(dǎo)柱導(dǎo)套套在一起，穿上銷子，用手動葫蘆或吊車將其吊起，安放到縱導(dǎo)梁的后端下弦下方設(shè)計位置，用螺栓固定；然后安裝液壓油缸、管路及泵站，并用硬雜木將左右支腿墊好，使縱導(dǎo)梁基本水平，支腿支墊的水平高差不得大于 50mm。接線后各驅(qū)動電機轉(zhuǎn)向正確一致，制動器工作靈敏，各安全裝置安全牢靠。 （３）穿完鋼絲繩后吊鉤自然下垂不得扭轉(zhuǎn)，鋼絲繩相互間不得干涉。松軟地基未做加固處理不得做為橋機安裝或橋機前移、橋機后移的支點基礎(chǔ)。運行機構(gòu)電動機必須轉(zhuǎn)向相同，調(diào)整卷揚機制動瓦塊與制動間隙，檢查各減速機內(nèi)油量是否充足，各個油嘴、油杯、油管、油路是否暢通，待一切經(jīng)檢查確認正常后方可試車運轉(zhuǎn)。 （ 3）把兩臺提升小車開至跨中，整機在前后 5m 范圍內(nèi)行走數(shù)次，啟 動，制動車輪不打滑，運行平穩(wěn)。卸載后各機構(gòu)和縱導(dǎo)梁無損傷和塑性變形。在此狀態(tài)下，橋機的前支腿、后托輪和后支腿 6 個支點同時平穩(wěn)受力，在調(diào)整好橋機水平度和確保橋機的穩(wěn)定性后，方可移動中支裝置。 第 四 步 過孔 配重和過孔前各項準備 確認 安裝好后托輪和中支裝置，后提升小車移至縱導(dǎo)梁 尾部 吊預(yù)制梁配重（配重預(yù)制梁要用運梁平車配合），即后提升小車與預(yù)制梁前端捆綁在一起，啟動卷揚機構(gòu)使捆梁鋼絲繩繃緊為止。啟動液壓系統(tǒng)，收起前支腿（將前支橫移軌道臨時固結(jié)在前支腿上）和后支腿千斤頂，使縱導(dǎo)梁完全落在中支裝置和后托輪之上， 確認橋機保持水平和穩(wěn)定，至此過孔準備工作全部完成。放下前支橫移軌道，并用硬雜木每間隔 1m 墊實牢靠。解除下層輪箱與中支橫移軌道之間的固定裝置，使其具備橫移架梁。 九 、架梁 本橋機 適宜于架設(shè) 40m 以下梁 ,橋機整體拼裝調(diào)試完畢后須用預(yù)制梁配重才能過孔。然后橋機架設(shè)下一片梁，如此反復(fù)。 十、架橋機倒退行走操作要求 架橋機 在完成預(yù)制梁架設(shè)需倒退行走時，按以下要求操作： 將橋機后端變?yōu)榍岸?，調(diào)整 中支裝置 及橫移軌道與 后托輪 的前后位置，并按照要求安裝固定。 架橋機拆卸時需用吊車配合，懷豐路右幅臨時封閉，吊車站在右 幅上進行架橋機零部件的吊裝作業(yè)。 ○ 1 被吊物體的重量不明確不吊 ； ○ 2 起重指揮信 號不清楚不吊 ； ○ 3 鋼絲繩等捆綁不牢固不吊 ； ○ 4 被吊物體重心和鉤子垂線不在 — 起，斜拉斜拖不吊 ； ○ 5 被吊物體被埋入地下或凍結(jié)一起的不吊 ； ○ 6 施工現(xiàn)場照明不足不吊 ； ○ 7 五 級以上大風時，室外起重工作不吊 ； ○ 8 被吊設(shè)備上站人，或下面有人不吊 ； ○ 9 易燃易爆危險物件沒有安全作業(yè)票不吊 ； ○10被吊物體重量超越機械規(guī)定負荷不吊。 not to have conquered, but to have fought well. 2, the plain is the background of life.
