Forestry Department of Hunan , Changsha,410007, PRC）Abstract: Biodiesel is a kind of new biomass renewable energy, and it is one kind of safe, clean, highly effective energy. This article summarized the domestic and foreign development status of biodiesel industry, pointed out that the shortage of stock resources, the small scale, the undertightened union between scientific research and industry, the insufficient support on policy and so on are the matters our country biodiesel industry faced for farther development. And the article also forecasted the prospect of our country biodiesel industry development.Keyword: Biodiesel。生物柴油具有以下特性[1]：①與普通柴油相比生物柴油具有優(yōu)良的環(huán)保特性，使用生物柴油可降低90%的空氣毒性，降低94%的患癌率；由于生物柴油含氧量高，使其燃燒時排煙少，一氧化碳的排放與柴油相比減少約10%(有催化劑時為95%)；生物柴油的生物降解性高。⑤具有良好的燃料性能，十六烷值高，使其燃燒性好于柴油，燃燒殘留物呈微酸性，使催化劑和發(fā)動機機油的使用壽命加長。生物柴油是典型“綠色能源”，大力發(fā)展生物柴油對經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展，推進能源替代，減輕環(huán)境壓力，控制城市大氣污染具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。目前德國的年生物柴油產(chǎn)量達160多萬噸，且以年10%的速度增加。國外生物柴油產(chǎn)業(yè)及其技術(shù)概況具體情況見表1：表1 國外生物柴油產(chǎn)業(yè)概況國家生物柴油產(chǎn)量(萬噸)采用的主要原材料該產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)政策國家標準主要生產(chǎn)技術(shù)生物柴油應用領(lǐng)域生物柴油摻兌使用比例美國[3] 大豆油、餐飲廢油 強制公交車使用零稅收有化學法城市公交車B10～B20德國[4]200菜籽油、豆油、動物脂肪900多個生物柴油加油站、免稅DINV51606化學法柴油汽車B5～B100法國[5] 各種植物油生物柴油稅率為零有化學法柴油汽車B5～B30意大利[4]60 各種植物油生物柴油稅率為零有化學法所有柴油機同上燃料B20～B100英國[4] 各種植物油生物柴油稅率為零——化學法柴油汽車B10～B20奧地利[4]1
