But the ultrasonic testing often will find a single display and the loss of the wave is serious. Now the author adopts the 5MHz flat probe and 5 MHz focused probe to test GH738 material, through the analysis of the data, we can get a correct rejection / received conclusion on the material. Keywords: GH738 material Ultrasonic testing Flat probe and focused probe 0 前言 隨著科技的發(fā)展 、 質(zhì)量檢測要求的提高 以及 水浸 超聲 檢測的普及 ， 分析水浸檢測系統(tǒng)換能器對檢測結(jié)果的影響非常必要。水浸檢測系統(tǒng) 平探頭與聚焦探頭對 GH738檢測 結(jié)果 的影響分析 劉路 1 范興義 羅順明 ( 安順 561000) 摘要： GH738 材料 因 具有 各方面的優(yōu)異 性能，已 然 成為軍民用燃氣渦輪發(fā)動機熱端部件不可替代的關(guān)鍵材料。 水浸 法檢測 是 將探頭和試件全部或部分浸于水中，以水作為耦合劑，聲波通過水進入試件進行檢測的技術(shù)?，F(xiàn)采用 5MHz平探頭與 5MHz 聚焦探頭來對 GH738 材料進行底波檢測和缺陷評定，并進行數(shù)據(jù)分析，從而可以有針對性的對 GH738 檢測反映 出來的問題進行相應(yīng)的探頭選擇提供可靠性參考。 圖 2 聚焦探頭與平探頭聲場示意圖
