【正文】 水浸檢測(cè)系統(tǒng) 平探頭與聚焦探頭對(duì) GH738檢測(cè) 結(jié)果 的影響分析 劉路 1 范興義 羅順明 ( 安順 561000) 摘要： GH738 材料 因 具有 各方面的優(yōu)異 性能，已 然 成為軍民用燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熱端部件不可替代的關(guān)鍵材料。 而進(jìn)行超聲波檢測(cè)時(shí)往往會(huì) 發(fā) 現(xiàn)有單顯和底波損失嚴(yán)重等問(wèn)題 。筆者現(xiàn)采用 5MHz 平探頭與 5MHz 聚焦探頭來(lái)對(duì) GH738 材料進(jìn)行底波檢測(cè)和缺陷評(píng)定， 通過(guò)分析數(shù)據(jù)，從而可以 對(duì)材料作出正確的拒收 /接收的結(jié)論。 關(guān)鍵詞： GH738 材料、超聲波檢測(cè)、平探頭與聚焦探頭 Analysis of the effect of flat probe and focused probe on GH738 detection in water immersion test system Liu Lu ( Anda Testing Centre,Co,Ltd AnShun 561000) Abstract:Because of the excellent performance, GH738 materials has bee the key material of gas turbine engine. But the ultrasonic testing often will find a single display and the loss of the wave is serious. Now the author adopts the 5MHz flat probe and 5 MHz focused probe to test GH738 material, through the analysis of the data, we can get a correct rejection / received conclusion on the material.
