For the development of online banking, banks not only increase the profit space gradually, but also bring convenience to the customers. This article proceeds from the online banking business of mercial banks, synthetically utilizing the bination with theory and actual method, parative method and documentary method to analysis background of Banks in our country, present situation and problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The article is divided into five parts. The first part is an overview of classification definition of online banking. It introduces the definition of online banking and also from two aspects: the characteristics and advantages of online banking features this paper expounds the influences of the online banking for the entire bank. The second part focuses on the online banking development status at home and abroad. The third part analyzes the reason to the development of online banking in China and the present situation. The fourth part points out the existing problems in the development of online banking in China. The fifth part puts forward to strengthen security measures, such as promoting the construction of the credit, introducing and optimizing the related laws and regulations, providing personalized service, attaching great importance on training talent, increasing marketing propaganda. Key words: Online banking。如今經濟發(fā)展速度加快，網絡信息技術更是突飛猛進，網上銀行的發(fā)展給整個銀行業(yè)乃至金融業(yè)帶來深遠的影響。 在 巴塞爾銀行監(jiān)管委員會 制定的 《跨境電子銀行業(yè)務的管理和監(jiān)管》 細則 中，網上銀行業(yè)務定義為：“一般傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)務的延伸，將因特網作為傳輸銀行產品和服務的電子渠道”； 在 我國《電子銀行業(yè)務管理辦法》 中， 將網上銀行業(yè)務定義為：“ 是指商業(yè)銀行等銀行業(yè)金融機構利用面向社會公眾開放的通訊通道或開放型公眾網絡，以及銀行為 特定自助服務設施或客戶建立的專用網絡，向客戶提供的銀行服務 ”。 廣義的網上銀行業(yè)務主要包括網上銀行業(yè)務、遠程銀行業(yè)務以及電子分行業(yè)務。 （三） 網上銀行業(yè)務與傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)務 網上銀行的出現使銀行的業(yè)務模式發(fā)生了很大的變化，我國的網上銀行順應了市場需求、科技和經
