【正文】 第 I 頁 畢業(yè)論文 民營企業(yè)管理模式分析 民營企業(yè)管理模式分析 摘 要 改革開放以來，我國民營企業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛，幾乎涵蓋了各行各業(yè)。民營企業(yè)不僅在深化國企改革、活躍市場經(jīng)濟、上交利稅等方面發(fā)揮了巨大的作用，而且在提供就業(yè)機會、促進技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等方面也做出了顯著的貢獻。民營企業(yè)作為民營經(jīng)濟的微觀載體，它的發(fā)展道路是曲折的，即使是發(fā)展到今天，我國的民營企業(yè)仍然存在許多問題，其中有治 理結(jié)構(gòu)方面的問題、企業(yè)文化方面的問題、制度建設(shè)方面的問題、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略方面的問題、人力資源方面的問題、管理家族化等。但是，相比較而言，我國民營企業(yè)的管理模式方面存在的問題，更是應(yīng)該引起理論界和企業(yè)界普遍關(guān)注和高度重視的課題。企業(yè)只有正確地選擇了與之相匹配的管理模式，其他一切管理問題的改進才有意義，企業(yè)才可能不斷發(fā)展壯大。 本文在研讀了大量的文獻資料基礎(chǔ)上，分析了民營企業(yè)管理模式的現(xiàn)狀，指出了民營企業(yè)在選擇管理模式時存在的一些問題，并對出現(xiàn)這些問題的原因進行了深入的分析，并給出了民營企業(yè)對管理模式選擇的對策，以期 能夠為民營企業(yè)管理模式選擇實踐提供借鑒和參考。 第 II 頁 關(guān)鍵詞： 管理模式，民營企業(yè)， 家族化 第 III 頁 The Analysis of the Management Mode in Private Enterprises Abstract Since the reform and open policy, the private enterprises which almost covers all industries has been developing rapidly in China. The private enterprises has made a significant contribution to our country, only in deepening the reform not of stateowned enterprises, enlivening the market and paying more taxes, but also in providing employment opportunities and promoting technological innovation.
