Irregular working hours: Party B may arrange her/his own working hours, rests and vacation after pleting the job arranged by Party A. 第八條 甲方安排乙方延長工作時間或在休息日、法定休假日工作的，甲方應(yīng)安排乙方補休或支付相應(yīng)勞動報酬。乙方加班須征得甲方確認同意，否則不視為加班。 Article8 According to the needs of production and management, Party A may extend Party B?s working hours and Party B shall obey. If Party B works overtime without the approval of Party A, Party B shall not have the right to ask 4 Party A for pensating leaves or overtime pensation. 第九條 乙方享有規(guī)定的雙休日、法定節(jié)假日、婚喪假、 計劃生育及 女工孕產(chǎn)假、哺乳假、 公休假、病假、事假、帶薪年休假等假期，具體規(guī)定詳見《 員工手冊》或公司相關(guān)政策制度；乙方的病假、事假工資支付按甲方公司規(guī)定執(zhí)行。 Article9 Party B is entitled to all vacations such as twoday weekend, legal holidays, marriage leave, funeral leave, family planning and maternity leave, lactation leave, sabbatical leave ,sick leave, private affair leave, paid annual leave, etc, in accordance with “Staff Handbook” and the related rules and regulations of the pany .
