【正文】 摘 要 i 人事管理系統(tǒng) 摘 要 企業(yè)人事信息管理是企業(yè)管理中的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容，隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步，企業(yè)人員數(shù)量也不斷增加、分工的不斷細(xì)化、各個(gè)行業(yè)間聯(lián)系的不斷密切，對(duì)人事管理的要求也不斷提高。如何管理好企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工的信息，對(duì)員工實(shí)施高效的宏觀管理，對(duì)企事業(yè)單位的人員構(gòu)成情況和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、規(guī)劃、分析并制定切實(shí)可行的人事政策，是一項(xiàng)繁重而艱巨的任務(wù)。 早期的人工方式的人事管理系統(tǒng)已不合適現(xiàn)代企業(yè)公司的發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)人事管理的系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化、自動(dòng)化，是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的首選。 本文以企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中的人事信息管理子 系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)為目標(biāo)，利用軟件工程中系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的原理和方法，詳細(xì)論述了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案、系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)及測(cè)試過(guò)程。 系統(tǒng)以 Visual 為開發(fā)工具，以 SQL Server 2021 為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)， 實(shí)現(xiàn)了以 員工信息管理，考勤信息管理、評(píng)價(jià)管理、工資管理及綜合查詢模塊為主要功能的系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。為企業(yè)人事管理提供信息咨詢，信息檢索，信息存取等服務(wù)，系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施基本上能夠滿足現(xiàn)代企業(yè)對(duì)人事管理的需要，為提高企業(yè)人事管理效率提供了行之有效的手段。 關(guān)鍵 詞 ： 人事管理系統(tǒng)， Visual Basic ， SQL Server2021 第一章 緒論 1 ABSTRACT The enterprise personnel information management is in a businessmanagement important content, along with the time progress, theenterprise personnel quantity also unceasingly increases, the divisionof labor unceasingly thin, during each profession relates isunceasingly close, also unceasingly enhances to the personnelmanagement request. This article take the business management information systemconstruction in human affairs information management subsystem designand the realization as a goal, using the software engineering in thesystem development principle and the method, in detail elaborated thesystem design proposal, the system development and the test system take Visual as the development kit, take SQLServer 2,000 as the backstage database management system, has realizedby the staff information management, checks attendance the informationmanagement, the appraisal management, the wages management and thesynthesis inquiry module for the main function system the information consultant for the enterprise personnelmanagement, the information retrieval, service and so on informationaccess, the system implementation basically can satisfy the modernenterprise to the personnel management need, for enhanced theenterprise personnel management efficiency to provide the effectivemethod.
