【正文】 江蘇海事職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 2021 屆專科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) ?？飘厴I(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 設(shè)計(jì)題目： 基于 PLC 的電梯控制系統(tǒng) 系 部： 電氣工程系 專 業(yè)： 船舶電氣 班 級(jí)： 船電 091303 姓 名： 陳習(xí)柱 學(xué) 號(hào) ： 093908130303 指導(dǎo)教師： 袁金泉 職 稱： 副教授 2021 年 6 月 南京 江蘇海事職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 2021 屆?？粕厴I(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 21 世紀(jì)是一個(gè)高速發(fā)展的時(shí)代，時(shí)代在進(jìn)步，社會(huì)在發(fā)展。農(nóng)村城市化的程度越來越高，伴隨而來的是高層建筑的不斷增加，建筑的高度越來越高，電梯已經(jīng)成為人們生活中不可或缺的設(shè)施，對(duì)電梯的安全性和穩(wěn)定性要求也越來越嚴(yán)格。我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)出以 PLC 為核心控制器的電梯控制系統(tǒng)代替過去的繼電器 —— 接觸器控制系統(tǒng)，以增強(qiáng)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的安全性和穩(wěn)定性。隨著電梯的普及以及它的不可缺少性，我們很有必要對(duì)電梯控制系統(tǒng)作更多的認(rèn)識(shí)和研究。 在本設(shè)計(jì)中，使用了三菱 FX2N 系列的可編程控制器 (FX2N232BD)，設(shè)計(jì)出一套能實(shí)現(xiàn)四層電梯的正常功能的 PLC 程序。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)電梯的安全監(jiān)控，使用Visual Basic 進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)來模擬電梯的操作界面來完成對(duì)電梯系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控。 關(guān)鍵詞： 電梯 PLC 梯形圖 VB 江蘇海事職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 2021 屆?？粕厴I(yè)設(shè)計(jì) Abstract Twentyfirst Century was an era of rapid development, in the era of progress, social development. We design a PLC as the core controller of the elevator control system instead of the relay contactor control system automatic control system, in order to enhance the safety and stability of. With the popularization of elevator and its indispensable, it is necessary for us to the elevator control system for greater awareness and research. In my design, the use of Mitsubishi FX2N series programmable controller, designed to achieve a set of four elevator in the normal function of the PLC program. In order to achieve elevator safety monitoring, the use of Visual Basic 6 was designed to simulate the elevator operation interface to the pletion of the elevator control system.
