【正文】 摘要 I 摘 要 人類已進(jìn)入 21 世紀(jì),科學(xué)技術(shù)突飛猛進(jìn),經(jīng)濟(jì)知識(shí)和信息產(chǎn)業(yè)初見端倪,特別是信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的訊速發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用,對社會(huì)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事、文化等領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生越來越深刻。 人事檔案 管理系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)教育單位不可缺少的部分 ,它的內(nèi)容對于 企業(yè)的 決策者和管理 者來說都至關(guān)重要。 進(jìn)入信息時(shí)代以來,由于大量 IT 技術(shù)的運(yùn)用,使得人事檔案管理的手段和過程發(fā)生了巨大的改變。這種改變不僅僅用自動(dòng)智能取代了人工操作,而且對傳統(tǒng)人力資源的理念也產(chǎn)生了影響。企業(yè)通過使用人事檔案管理系統(tǒng)軟件可以達(dá)到工作效率的提升、業(yè)務(wù)流程的規(guī)范、人工 成本的降低、人事服務(wù)模式的改進(jìn)。 本文對人事檔案管理系統(tǒng)所需完成的任務(wù)及設(shè)計(jì)的可行性進(jìn)行了分析,對應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。簡要介紹了開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)所需的軟件技術(shù)。本人事管理系統(tǒng)是一套基于 C/S(客戶端 /服務(wù)器)結(jié)構(gòu)的管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行于客戶端,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)來訪問數(shù)據(jù)庫。本系統(tǒng)使用一臺(tái)專門的計(jì)算機(jī)作為數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器,其它的計(jì)算機(jī)可以遠(yuǎn)程對數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行訪問,并可以自主的對數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行增加、刪除、修改等等的數(shù)據(jù)庫操作。本系統(tǒng)包括職工信息管理、工資管理、出勤管理。本文設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了職工管理,職工信息管理和系統(tǒng)管理等方面的功 能。本系統(tǒng)用戶界面友好,基本滿足了企業(yè)對職工檔案和信息進(jìn)行管理的需求。 關(guān)鍵詞: 人事檔案管理 ; 職工信息 ; 出勤信息 ; 系統(tǒng) 哈爾濱金融高等??茖W(xué)校計(jì)算機(jī)系畢業(yè)論文 II Abstract Mankind has entered the 21st century, science and technology, economic knowledge and information industry has shown initial signs of signs, especially in information technology and work technology, rapid development and wide application of the munity39。s political, economic, military, cultural and other fields have bee increasingly profound.
