【正文】 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 云南省寧洱縣梅子鄉(xiāng)土地開發(fā)整理（占補(bǔ)平衡）項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì) Pu39。er City, Yunnan Province, Ninger County Rural Land Development in Meizi village (dynamic balance) project planning and design 云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué) 昆明 黑龍?zhí)? 650201 學(xué) 院： 水利水電與建筑學(xué)院 專 業(yè)： 農(nóng)業(yè)水利工程 云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué) 2 云南省寧洱 縣梅子鄉(xiāng)開發(fā)整理（占補(bǔ)平衡）項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì) 云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)水利水電與建筑學(xué)院學(xué)院，昆明 650201 摘 要 實(shí)施土地開發(fā)整理的主要目的是增加耕地面積，提高耕地質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)對(duì)耕地總量動(dòng)態(tài)平衡目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)；本項(xiàng)目依據(jù)相關(guān)的政策法規(guī)，按照合理利用、可持續(xù)利用、可行性等規(guī)劃原則 ,通過采用一系列工程措施，對(duì)區(qū)內(nèi)田、水、路、林、村等進(jìn)行綜合整治，以及對(duì)區(qū)內(nèi)零星未利用地進(jìn)行合理整理。該項(xiàng)目土地平整工程共平整土地面積 公頃，共計(jì) 36塊田塊。農(nóng)田水利工程設(shè)排水溝 27條（ 10151 米）、 20立方米水窖 27 座。田 間道路工程設(shè)田間道 3條（ 7672 米）、生產(chǎn)道 30 條（ 9418 米）、管涵 6 座。項(xiàng)目區(qū)可新增耕地面積 公頃，新增耕地率 %。 通過項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施，不僅增加了耕地的數(shù)量同時(shí)也通過對(duì)耕地區(qū)水利設(shè)施的建設(shè)來增加了耕地的質(zhì)量，充分發(fā)揮土地資源的三大效益，改善了梅子鄉(xiāng)人民的生活水平 。 關(guān)鍵詞： 土地開發(fā)；土地整理；灌排系統(tǒng)；排水系統(tǒng)。 Pu39。er City, Yunnan Province,Ninger County Rural Land Development in Meizi village (dynamic balance) project planning and design LIU Cheng （ College of Water Resource,Hydraulic Power and Architecture Yunnan Agricultural University , Kunming 650201） ABSTRACT Implementation land development finishing of main purpose is increased cultivated area, improve farmland quality, promote on farmland total dynamic balance target of implementation。 this project pursuant to related of policy regulations, in accordance with reasonable using, and can continued using, and feasibility, planning principles, by used series engineering measures, on area within field, and water, and road, and forest, and village, for integrated treatment, and on area within sporadic is not using to for reasonable finishing.
