畢業(yè)(設(shè)計)論文 題 目 改性濕強用 PAE 樹脂的性能研究 改性濕強用 PAE 樹脂的性能研究 the properties of modified PAE resin on wet strength 學(xué)生姓名 指導(dǎo)教師 武漢工程大學(xué)本科畢業(yè) 論文 I 摘 要 紙張是人們生活中的必需品,為了節(jié)能環(huán)保,目前造紙工業(yè)中抄造紙張的原材料 已經(jīng)從原生木漿轉(zhuǎn)化為廢紙漿與木漿配抄或者全為廢紙漿,但造出的紙張性能會大大降低。聚酰胺環(huán)氧氯丙烷 (PAE)做濕強劑有很強的適用性,但其 穩(wěn)定性差、有機氯含量高、固含量低、價格昂貴的缺點制約著 PAE 樹脂的廣泛使用。 本文采用羧基改性劑丙烯酸對 PAE 樹脂進(jìn)行改性,通過酯化反應(yīng)將丙烯接枝到 PAE 樹脂上。主要探討了改性劑對固含量的影響, PAE 固含量和丙烯酸用量對接枝效率效率的影響,并對改性 PAE 樹脂進(jìn)行了紅外表征。 實驗結(jié)果表明, PAE 樹脂與丙烯酸單體的最佳接枝共聚的條件為:反應(yīng)時間 80min,反應(yīng)溫度為 70℃ , 選用對甲苯磺酸為催化劑。傅里葉紅外光譜圖出現(xiàn) 不飽和丙烯酸酯羰基伸縮振動峰 ( νc=o) 和 C( C=O) O 伸縮振動峰 ( νcoc) ,表明 PAE 樹脂與丙烯酸單體發(fā)生了接枝共聚,且雙鍵沒有遭到破壞。 在飽和 PAE樹脂固含量較低時丙烯酸的接枝效率較高,在一定的范圍內(nèi)丙烯酸的接枝效率會隨醇酸比例的增加而提高。改性 PAE 樹脂的固含量較飽和 PAE 樹脂的固含量有一定程度的提高。 關(guān)鍵詞: PAE 樹脂;丙烯酸;改性;接枝共聚;固含量 武漢工程大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 II Abstract The paper is the necessities of life, in order to energy saving and environmental protection, the raw material of life paper in the paper industry has been gradually transformed from native wood pulp to waste paper pulp or the mixed use of virgin wood pulp and waste paper pulp. but the properties of paper will be greatly reduced. Polyamide epichlorohydrin (PAE) as a wet strength agent has very strong applicability, but its poor stability, anic chlorine content is high, low solid content and high price disadvantage restricts the wide use of PAE resin. The carboxyl group modification of PAE resin was modified with acrylic acid by etherification agent, acrylic grafted onto PAE resin. Mainly discusses the influence of modifier on solid content, effect of PAE solid content and the amount of acrylic acid on the grafting efficiency, and the modification of PAE resin was characterized by FTIR. The experimental results show that, the optimal graft copolymerization conditions of PAE resin with acrylic monomer: reaction time 80min, reaction temperature at70℃ , using ptoluene sulfonic acid as catalyst. FTIR of unsaturated ester carbonyl stretching vibration peak (Vc=o) andC (C=O) –O stretching vibration peak (VCOC), show the occurrence of graft copolymerization of PAE resin and acrylic monomers, and the ouble bond is not destroyed. High efficiency of grafting when acrylic acid in saturated PAE resin solid content is low, the graft efficiency of acrylic acid in a certain range will increase with the increasing proportion of alkyd. There is a certain degree of improve the solid content of the solid content of the modified PAE resin pared to the saturation of PAE resin.
